Hi hi just to let you know that is a harbor pilot that's staring that boat and he is not responsible for whatever happens to it the captain is he could the captain could be at home right now on his off time while the police captain and the captain of pilot is on board and the captain still is responsible for that boat and what it does no matter what because the company put him in charge of it it's a weird rule but I'm a mariner and I watch the ships come in Houston channel and it don't matter then pilots go out there and they get on it don't matter if they're drunk whatever it is they have to bring the ship in the captain can't take control of it at all and if they have a bad day and run over everything still the captain's fault

My guess is they spend off of that money on these boats so they can't afford a few grand in a couple of backup cameras???
