My late brother was a physician and early in his career he befriended a psychiatrist while interning at Albert Einstein in the Bronx. They remained life long friends. This psychiatrist became active with DSM 5 administration and reviews and provided updates on recognition and treatment of various psychiatric conditions during this effort. The review process involves the use of committees of various professionals and key in their selection is both an unbiased perspective and competence. I'll make this brief. The review of gender dysphoria spectrum during the DSM5 was treated completely differently than all other issues under review. Review committee members all had personal involvement with these issues as either being homosexual, having family members so afflicted or were proponents of the lifestyle. Said another way, it would seem these people were chosen for the dysphoria review with a predetermined outcome in mind. Why did this occur?? Your guess is as good as mine but if you look at the state of this nation the reasoning cannot reflect good. All of our basic confidences are under attack. Our history is being destroyed and rewritten. The attack on Caucasians is unrelenting. These social engineering efforts all seem to divide and not unite. I don't have a dog in this fight and I'm not telling you what the phvk to do. Your vid just found its way into my feed, somehow. I am telling you to understand that the review of this psychiatric condition was treated wholly differently than all others and, hell, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck... well, god damn, it's a duck... I wish you well.

Im sorry about whatever happened to you in your life that brought you to this. I am afraid that after the sense of getting somewhere and accomplishing something wares off you will find that this didnt make you happy or your life better. There are so many detr4nsitioners coming out every day with their tragic stories of how they got caught up in this and no one could convince them otherwise at the time only to eventually realize they made a terrible mistake.

Congratulations man, so nice to finally see a positive FtM transition, im glad its working out for you but i deff wouldnt say its the correct course for everyone from what ive seen, its jus too much for some people sometimes, hence male suicide rates. Going forward just remember to build YOURSELF and be there for YOURSELF because you may notice once the transition is complete that more and more people stop giving a shit about how you think or feel, adopt selfishness because like many men you may need to rely on it for the hard times. Deff find other dudes to hang out with ofc and be friendly but you are no.1 Thr shaving advice is good, we've all went a little too close sometimes and had to start over and remember to go with the grain. As your in your 30s and not a teenager the testosterone is probably a lot more manageable at thia stage but still a huge jump from what your used to, dont let anyone shame you for needing extra sex or more "private time" its natural and healthy. As for the exercise keep on it, just make it part of your routine without straining much over specific goals, the only goal is to keep going

It's sad that you are unwilling to accept the body you were born with. Body dysmorphia is a mental illness that affects "trans" people and regular men and women also who undergo drastic surgical procedures, often with disastrous and often comical results (Martina Big, I'm looking at you!) With all due respect, the road you're going down is the FURTHEST thing from "self acceptance" as you can get. That doesn't mean I don't wish you well, but, you are not a man even if you can pull off the charade.

Dear (insert your real name) no one can change sex and gender does not exist, Sex is established at conception and is immutable. You will, at best, pass for a very feminine man, but most probably, you won’t. Get therapy, spend time with your family, and most crucially get off this dangerous molecule, which is a poison to your female body and spirit, not a treatment. Listen to detransitioners before you ruin your health.

Well congrats 👏 that things are going well for you. ❤ Both of my children identify as both genders. They are 18 and 22. One born female, one born male. I support them both no matter how they want to express themselves 100%. I will tell you though what I tell them, that no matter what your identity as a separate individual from others may be, my hope for you is that one day you will realize, remember your truest deepest identity ( spiritually) wich is consciousness one with all that is...❤😂 We are all one, Now is all we have..❤

Note the well-documented Testosterone high. Taking a synthetic male hormone for a female causes her body irreparable harm which you will find out if you continue: lower bone density, heart issues, early menopause that we know about. The good, truly objective therapy you need to help you through the disassociation you experience would also help you accept the reality that you are female and can be any kind of woman you want to be.

I understand that body dysphoria can be all consuming, but, Testosterone will wither your female organs and wreak havoc on your endocrine system. Please consider the following: HRT therapy shortens people's live, Ultimately, you are your DNA. YOUR brain will always work as a woman. You can not change your identity. At least you consider your longevity. Trans people rarely live healthy nor long lives, statistically.
