Thankyou 🙏
Very good and powerful message.
Thankyou 🙏
so true.. what a Powerful Message Brother! Thank You for Sharing!🙏🏻❤️✨
Thankyou brother. I appreciate that 🙏
Absolutely! This video it’s a powerful reminder that staying true to yourself is what really matters. Forget the noises and live your life your way. Life gets so much better when you stop worrying about what others think and just focus on being authentic self.
Love that! Thankyou
This really resonated with me - especially my RUclips journey. I'm always so worried about what others might think of my insane ideas but what you said puts a lot of my concerns into perspective.
Appreciate that mate thankyou. Yeah I think everyone on youtube has those worries. You just needto care more about your youtube journey than what people think about your 'insane ideas' 😅. Thanks for your comment mate. 😊
Interesting take, with the pre-historic argument. Caring a bout other people's perceptions of us (so I am not focusing on empathy, or caring about their feelings - which is a very important thing to have of course) is very much about our egos. I always had the problem of caring too much about these perceptions, and what helped me was meditation. As you said, you can't, and probably don't want to completely stop giving a shit, but you can reduce the extent to which you do, and meditation and reading books about it and about our ego helped me tremendously (especially Matthieu Ricard's "Happiness" which is a book teaching simple meditation techniques and also reflecting on so many things - including the ego). Whenever I wanted to do something like add a stupid FB comment, I would stop and think and realize that I am also doing this because of the same thing - I am looking for gratification, for people to laugh or like etc (the irony is, someone may say the same about my comment here, but this is really not for likes or anything - I just like to share things I believe are useful, with like-minded people), then I would not post that comment and move on. Difficult, but possible. And finally, I find that those who are the first to declare how they "don't give a shit" do this specifically because they do - they are trying to feed their ego too, they certainly do give a shit A Lot, and they really want people to think that they don't (hence, they may even give a shit more than an average person does lol)
Some awesome points mate. Meditation is a great tool for so many things. Especially managing your ego or taking your focus away from something( like giving too much of a shit) thanks for your insight mate mate I appreciate it 🙏😊
How’s the smoking going? You sticking to it.
Hit and miss. Slipped up a few times but on the whole smoked wayyyy less that I was.
Alright mate how you've been? you haven't posted in a while hope everything is good!
Hey mate. Yeah things are OK mate. Just juggling work and covid and life this last week. Il be back with some videos soon hopefully
We can do this brother!!! 💪🏻
💪💪 100% we can mate. I love that attitude man 💪🙏
Hey brother, I've been on this platform for about 10 years now. My channel is called Eddie B's Takeout. I do food reviews of local restaurants in my state. I'm so glad I came across your video because I just started posting again last week after a year of not creating content at all. I felt so overwhelmed and honestly lost interest in it because of overthinking the process and getting frustrated at not being able to monetize my channel. But now I'm at a different stage in life and look at it as a fun hobby to engage as tune permits. So I'm glad to be back on this journey again. Who knows where God will take me with it, but I'm definitely down for the ride now 😃👍! Loved the video God bless 🙌 🙏
Aw man thanks for your kind words mate I appreciate it. And great to hear you are back into making videos again on your channel. Sounds like a great niche you are in. Keep going mate and I'm sure you will grow. 💪🙏
@anthonyparkinv2 thank you brother
Yeah, I agree, is the worst feeling ❤❤❤
The worst 100% like torture haha
the wall is a real thing.. For me it was a mix of poor nutrition, overwork, not enough sleep... I think night shift is pretty much the unhealthiest work routine for people, we're not made for it, that's why you can hit the wall even if you don't do anything wrong. As is often the case, our dopamine level plays a big role. You have quit smoking, withdrawal may play a role. You can take supplements to preventively balance dopamine levels. Once you hit the wall it's not easy, it's best to take prevention. Unfortunately I don't know what the supplements are called right now, if you want I can find out, just tell me.
Super unhealthy mate. I'm trying my best to get off it. I do take a multi vitamin every day and sleep decent enough most days. But yeah sometimes makes little difference. The wall hits regardless.
@anthonyparkinv2 Like you said, night shift is a b****😅 you will find a solution! Vitamins are good, but they don't really regulate dopamine levels. to reduce physical stress and help with dopamine. you can do things like.. KSM 66 ASHWAGANDHA KSM-66 ashwagandha has notable effects on neurotransmitters such as dopamine, acetylcholine, and adrenaline, which play key roles in mood, motivation, cognition, and stress response. NAC (N Acetyl Cysteine) For Reducing Cravings, Balancing Dopamine, and General Health Dopamine Regulation • NAC helps modulate dopamine levels by acting on glutamate, a neurotransmitter closely linked to dopamine regulation. Excess glutamate activity in the brain can dysregulate dopamine levels, leading to addictive behaviors and mood disturbances. NAC appears to help balance glutamate levels, which in turn supports healthier dopamine function and reduces compulsive behaviors. I just want to let you know that if you struggle, there are good healthy clinically tested supplements specifically for nicotine withdrawal etc. Keep it up Buddy!
❤
🔥I hate the wall🔥
@Woodchucker.kaleb.w I hate night shift in general but I love the pay 😂
I like to pour a rum and Coke and get the PS5 goin. Play a match or two of some “Hell Let Loose”. Usually wait till 11am or 12 to get something for dinner that isn’t breakfast food. Sometimes I’m too tired for that and I just lay in bed watching RUclips. My cat seems to know when I’ve finally drifted asleep. That’s when he pounces. Wakes me up. Knocks my cigarettes and possibles off the little table I’ve got next to the bed. Then my alarm goes off. It’s like I never really sleep but I’m kinda sleeping all the time. Night watchman.
This guy is probably in his early 30's 😂 Don't worry old man, cancer is coming for you soon🤣🤣🤣
Working it right now, honestly have started adjusting to it pretty well considering how bad it was at the start but working this shit is probably by far the hardest shit I've ever had to go through.
Yeah it is shit no matter how well you adjust to it. So I know exactly how you feel mate. 🙏
@@anthonyparkinv2 🙏Yeah no doubt it's shit, luckily I make good money doing it but some of the night shifters make shit pay paired with a shitty night shift. Prayers out to those folks.
I worked from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. for eight years-so it wasn't really "night shift", but it was strange hours, and it wasn't in a factory, so I can't really relate. Maybe you should consult your doctor and ask why this is happening and what you can do to avoid it? I know from experience that if you work the same shift for a long time, your body gets used to the hours and adapts. If you change shifts regularly, which I did for a couple of years as well, your body never gets used to it.
It's not a medical thing for this to happen. It's just something that happens when your awake and working in the middle of the night. But I appreciate your concern mate. 🙏
Have you ever experienced hitting the wall during a nightshift?
❤
I worked a night shift once never again
😂 you made the right decision mate
I just came across this video on my homepage! So, of course, I clicked on it... How is it going with the quitting? I know it's hard to stop smoking - I tried and stopped for two years. I was very proud of that, but oh, hell, then I started again. Can you believe I was that stupid? So, good luck! Just stop - suck on bonbons, chew gum, or chew on a match stick if you have to, but stop mate - you can!
Cheers mate I appreciate the advice. Yeah gum helps alot and man I'd love a bon bon lol. Haven't had one of those in years.
Great video and tips.
Thankyou mate 🙏 I appreciate you
Anthony, your videos always motivate me to keep going. Thank you. #showup (By the way, the lighting and sounds were pretty good!)
Thankyou. I always appreciate your kind words. They motivate me to keep going too. 🙏
Hey, nightshifter here! Im a day late to this video. I clean a 24-hour gym . Im just starting my night from 9 pm to 5 am . It's quiet. For the most part, i have a fair amount of regulars. I use to do day shift here then left for a few months and came back all they had available was nightshift its not as bad as i thought it would be i am more tired duru the day i get woken up alit all throughout the day so i never get solid sleep then when im off i like to eat right away because i normally eat around 6pm so im starving by 5am its weird. Anywho. This week has been bad . Chopped up sleep and loads of problems for ny adult children so ive been helping them through their problems well trying to conquer mine. I pray everyone has a great night!
Yeah it throws everything out of the window. Sleep, food, it's hard work. Your doing great, especially looking after your kids on top. Keep strong. I hope things get easier for you 🙏
Graveyard is brutality of the FinestKind. This WILL kill you. Last time I did it was 10 years ago when I was 32 and that was the last time.
Yep. It really will in the end. It's not healthy. 15 years it can take off you I read somewhere. Congrats for getting off it when you did mate. 👏
Think about it: if all you do is show up to work: you will not succeed. You will be fired. You also need to something of value while you are there. If all you do is show up to youtube, you will not get views, you will not make money. However, youtube WILL harvest all your voice and face recognition data for AI training. If this is a comforting thought, continue as planned. I wouldn't have left this comment, but I'm worried for your life. As a former (and probably future) factory worker, please prioritize sleep. You can be seriously injured, or become dependent on dangerous habit-forming drugs to stay awake. IMO youtube should not even allow this content to be created: a tired, distressed individual sacrificing wellness, promoting a message of sacrificing wellness. What has happened to this world. What happened to enjoying yourself when off the job. If you're mad at me for this opinion (and that's all it is), before reacting consider: I'm only responding because your video was recommended on my main page while I'm sick with nothing better to do. You got the view you wanted. You got the interaction you wanted. You looked so miserable in the video that I had to say something. I've been there, I see myself in you, that's why I commented. Blessings.
Hey man. Thanks for the concern. Even if a little over the top and out of context. I appreciate it all the same. 👍
🔥You can do it man we won’t judge you🔥
Thanks mate. 30hrs in so far 💪🙏
It sucks man
It certainly does mate. I feel ya 🙏
🔥❤ I hear ya, man it’s got it’s good and bad🔥
Yeah it's a catch 22 way of working for sure. Thanks for showing up man 🙏
I'm obsessed with numbers; they're not doing me any good. I made some amazing friends on RUclips. There are some great people (creators) on here who are supportive, and that has kept me motivated. I've posted 27 videos in just under three months.
Yeah it's very easy to get obsessed with them. Since I give less attention to them I'm posting content way more frequently. Because if I'm staring at the numbers and they don't move how I hope they will. I get demotivated and it slows me down. Keep going mate you are going to smash this 💪💪💪
@@anthonyparkinv2 Anthony, you're a great motivator. I'll be back for more...
Wow thankyou. That really means alot. 🙏❤️
Mechanic. I like sleeping in. But I wake up early to trade stocks, then take a nap before work.
That's awesome man. Hustling at the same time is pretty impressive! 💪

My channel is removed by youtube yesterday
Dam. Sorry to hear that man 😪
@anthonyparkinv2 what can I do
@mdfahad-cx7is the only thing you can do I believe is to contact youtube and appeal it. Ask if what the reason is for deleting your channel and if you feel it's not correct then you can appeal. Although there is no guarantee they will reinstate your channel.
last time I did scaffolding in the Steel factory.. Night shift can be hard, but I always enjoyed doing it. I loved watching the people who had to go to work on the way home in the morning.. Keep Going Bro!!❤💪🏻
Haha yeah that is one of the things I like about it too.
@@anthonyparkinv2 Sir my channel is removed by youtube yesterday I have not made any mistake please reply
What is your after nightshift routine?
When I’m on nights, I go straight to bed so I can wake out and be with my family, when they’re off work and school.
Yeah I used to do that when I work 7am till 7pm. I do 3pm till 3am now. Get home about 3.30am. It's a proper ghost shift. But yeah that's the best thing to do to get a bit time with your family.
Good for you brother!!! You got this shit!!!
Thanks man. Already climbing the walls haha. But still not had one 💪

Good luck, and one thing for you to know - I have never heard of Anyone struggling with their craving for as long as I did. Anyone! People usually report it being a few days or weeks, some, in online forums I visited, talked about having been so "strongly" addicted that they craved cigarettes for months after they quit. This really, really discouraged me, as it had been over a Year (!) since I quit, and I still thought about smoking almost every single day (in fact, I think it took me probably 14 or more months). Why am I telling you this? Not to discourage you, but rather the opposite - in those days, I almost completely lost motivation and was Very close to just starting to smoke again, as I figured I'd rather smoke than live this nightmare of life where I waste significant part of each day thinking about this habit and struggling mentally and physically. I literally never heard anyone say "yeah, that's normal, to have craving for over a year after quitting" - which made me think this is just not gonna end for me so why bother. HOWEVER, I Somehow lasted a bit longer and Yes, it did stop! I could not believe it and I still can't but it has been over 3 years now. I Never crave this sh*t anymore, not when I drink alcohol, not after food, never. In fact, these situations are where I Least want it. I am completely free now, as many others who quit (or never started) and can confirm that even in this most hopeless scenario (which you are very unlikely to experience, but just so you know!) the craving Does Stop Completely! And I'd smoked for over 20 years at that point, and I smoked plenty. So this is possible, and you are gonna make it no matter what - just think of the kind of person you want to be (a guy who is strong because he quit the habit), and Be That Person!
Another advice, silly as it sounds (I don't care, I just want to help) is to imagine the actual craving, or your body craving a smoke, as something separate from yourself, a "nicotine monster" if you like, living in your stomach. Whenever I was close, I would imagine that and demonize that "monster" and imagine that it is him that wants to smoke, to f*ck up my whole effort, and I would even manage find joy then in Not smoking, saying "F*CK you, you're not getting it" to that imaginary monster, imagining i'm gonna starve that little bastard. I know it is weird but it helped me and helped a buddy of mine whom I told this too, so fingers crossed
Wow mate sounds ds like those craving tortured you real good! But hey you must be strong as anything mentally to have gone all that time still getting them. Thankyou for your advice and support mate. I really appreciate it. 🙏
Yeah I know. I also know a craving is oy meant to last a very short time. So I'm going to distract myself with anything I can really because I know itl pass
@@anthonyparkinv2 and everything you discussed, I can relate to - I also wanted to quite years before I finally did, I hated myself for that habit, at the end I literally hated myself every time I lit up a cigarette, and what you said at the end was the final nail in the coffin for me - I did it for my Kids mainly, as I didn't want a scenario when dad has to leave them one day just because he was a weak piece of sh*t - that's how I justified it. Good luck mate I genuinely hope you will do it. And if you fail, just try again until you succeed (I was also the expert in that, I must have quit like 20 times lol)
@Donttellmethisneverhappened ah man yeah. Saying it in that way makes it more motivating. "Dad had to leave cos he was a weak piece of shit" that's a scary thought enough to keep me going. I've been here a lot of times. But never got far with it. Because I do t think I truly wanted to quit. I'm sure now I'm wanting it 100% one day at a time il make it 💪💪🙏
Good luck 🤞 you can do it. Start walking and replace the habit with something positive. Every mountain starts at the bottom 💪🏻
Thankyou brother! I appreciate you and your advice man 🙏💪
Actually, let’s do the math and a challenge: 1 pack of Luckie’s a day: 175,- a pack every day for 1 year: 63 875,- That’s the price of a Sony A7S3 and a lens or two … Set up a daily transfer of 175,- into a «hidden» account, that’s not on your «start screen» in the bank app, so you won’t see it immediately when logging in. Let’s mark the date in the calendar on our phones with a reminder, one year into the future, november 12th 2025, and meet back in the comments and compare the amount on the accounts, accountability and motivation, over 60 grand man, you can do this ;)
Brave, brave man putting this on youtube ;) I’m in a transition phase myself, vaping, and it’s sort of working so far, reaching for it less and less, but putting it on youtube, whew, brave indeed ;) Finding a substitute of some sort, something to do instead of taking those breaks, a phone game or maybe filming or just … anything really, it might help :) Actually: every time you feel like a cigarette: pull up the phone and film a bit about *not smoking* - or something else, do it, save cash and get content :)
That's the plan actually, if a craving is getting overwhelming I'm gonna get the phone out and record something about it. I think that's actually gonna help. Thanks for your support brother I truly appreciate it 🙏
@ Sounds like a good plan indeed, hopefully it’ll stave off those nasty urges :)
Thinking of quitting snuff tobacco (nasal snuff). Might join you in the process, but a couple of days later.
Go for it man. Never tried the nasal stuff before but I'm sure it's still shit for your health. Thankyou for your support 🙏
You’re doing great brother👊 it’s definitely not easy but just stay consistent.
Thankyou brother. I appreciate that 🙏
My biggest fear is that I'll sound cringey to myself. I've made videos in the past for my art students in lockdown and I know everyone hates the sound of their voice on recordings but I just sounded weird, unnatural. I like what you suggest about speaking as if you're talking to a friend. That makes sense. The light is fading and I'm busy doing dishes but those are just excuses so I'm going to video myself speaking while I do the dishes in the fading light 😊 ... Oh, that was so weird. Felt like I was going nuts talking to myself. The sound of running water drowned my voice out at times and I just rambled about my day but it was fairly painless. Just watched it back and shocked that I don't look as young as I feel and the usual self- deprecating thoughts came up like I could do with losing a few pounds and I sound boring, etc. But it wasn't horrific. And I will try again. So thanks for the kick up the arse man.
That's a great idea. It is hard to talk naturally on camera. It's the worst part of this all for me. But like you say everyone usually has a cringe when they hear themselves speak. Just try to be 100% yourself. Remember. People are going to like you for you, not for trying to sound different. Thankyou for watching and your comment I appreciate you 🙏
good. youtube should delete all fake subs and clickbait channels, without warning.
I must agree 👍 🙏
# show up. It doesn’t sound or look crap. It sounds and looks real, honest and authentic. People can relate to that 👍🏻. Keep showing up my friend 💪🏻
Thankyou mate I appreciate that 🙏
#showup Important with RUclips. And, important in life! That being said, it's not clear to me yet if it's more important to put more content out, or more important to put good content out. But to your point, it's easy to fall into the trap of putting nothing out because nothing is good enough!
Yeah. Quality matters. But at the same time in the beginning I think people get consumed by the quality aspect. Myself included. Thanks for showing up mate 💪
