Our motto Circumcision " Do it Get it done Then forget about it " 😊
When we have such kind of people who are much knowledgeable we have to make sure we milky the knowledge as much as we can.otherwise it was a great interview
I don't like it the way doc Yvette comes out when interviewing the interviewee.Insteady of asking questions she'll contribute and behave like wanting to ask a question but keeps quiet and expect the interviewee to guess on what she wants to ask. Please perfect it Doc
Well I'm a Jew and my penis immediately had the circumcising as newborn baby and I'm so proud of it and it's so much more comfortable trying to stand up and start to walking with a shell head and it's so much more comfortable being without any extra skin and unnecessary skin on a penis.!!
You admitted that you were circumcised as a baby, so your belief in discomfort caused by having a normal penis is purely a product of your imagination, not anything you've ever experienced. If you cared to do some research you'd quickly discover that the majority of men on the planet have not and never will be circumcised. You'd also discover that you weren't born with extra or unnecessary skin, you were born with the normal amount of skin that your penis required as dictated by evolution (or creation, of you prefer). You'd also discover that if you hadn't been circumcised in infancy the chances of you choosing this procedure for yourself, even with your cultural background, would have been close to zero. I'm glad you're happy with your body, but I still think it's sad that your penis doesn't and never will look, feel or function like a normal penis.
Educative 💪
Great job Doc
It sounds funny but research at UTH confirmed that most patients that test positive for an infection at the STI clinic are co-infected with another STI. Na collabo is backed by scientific research 😂🤣.
What's the medication for shrinking please
What is the point of your video? Does male circumcision offer any protection or not? I hope you don't mind me saying you look very nice in your white coat; I wish British doctors like my son wore them.
😂😂
5:55 Hi Dr Maseka.I hope if you have a son you will have him circumcised at birth, preferably by the gomco clamp after 8 days and breastfeed him. I am circumcised in a country where it is not common. I am very pleased with it and the slight loss of sensitivity is not important.
So informative 🙏

My sister is a highly specialized nurse with more experience than most doctors. I sent her this today, and she sent me a "big thumbs up." This video talks about what it is, what it does, the effects, the symptoms and tests. A lot of good information in such a short video. I nearly died from a bad H Pylori stomach infection in June, about 2 months ago. I got it from a dentist who failed to change his gloves before moving from working on my root canal to working on his phone and computer and touching things in his office then outting his hands right back jn my mouth in late May. I got deathly ill and had to switch dentists to get rid of the jawbone infection so the new dentist could finish the root canal with fiberglass post.. Success! The first dentist admitted to playing on his phone and computer, putting the same gloves back jnto my mouth, but he said that it wasn't him, where I got the infection from. Phones are inherently filthy. I know it. It was him. I'm still sick now in mid-August. I've been on treatmemts which are merely controlling it. The doctors I'm talking to now are saying to take mastic gum to eliminate the H Pylori infection in 3 weeks. So... off to find mastic gum!.
@@MexicoAdventurer That is quite the story ,Phone are filthier than a toilet seat ,I disinfect my phone every chance I get.I’m hlad you are better. unfortunately, sometimes H pylori can be hard to eradicate.
@DrYvette Thank you. And yes, phones are extremely dirty. I'm not recovering like I'd like to. I was at 15% health life force on June 20 and almost passed from this life. I'm up to between 40% and 50% now, almost 2 months later. I had the dreaded C vid six times between 2021 and early this year. The first one almost took me from this world, and they got easier to endure with each infection. But... NOTHING IN MY LIFE hit me as hard as H. Pylori.
Insightful 👏👏👏

2 Doctors on table, very educating cause I didn't really know what fibroids are till have watched this content and have learnt the connection with reproductive women. How do you take a quick history Dr Yvette cause you can not follow up all the procedures of history taking when a queue is waiting. Not only based on fibroids Even a pic can help if possible. Have a productive day Dr Yvette
@@johnnymwila8270 sometimes taking a quick history, can make you miss things, but in the case of fibroids, you are more interested in the reproductive history, menstrual history and the family history
Every episode comes with so much to learn. Am glad you emphasized the importance of blood donation. Thank you Docs

Circumcision, male genital mutilation
Penile cancer in Africa is 7 in 100.000 so there is no way you see lot of cases. Even if the number was 25 in 100.000. Ethics tell us medical professionals, we dont circumcise 100.000 young males, even babies, to prevent 25 cancer cases, most of which will have the cancer when they are older than 50 years. And obviously there has been an HPV vaccine for over a decade now that protects against the most notorious cancer causing HPV strains, and it's available for males, not just women. In terms of STI: What do YOU think will happen, when you tell your patients, go get circumcised, it protects you from STI? Right, they will not use condoms because YOU told them getting circumcised protects them. And then they will catch even more STI because of your advice, HIV included. Horrible, just horrible.
nope! I'm definitely whitening my teeth 😂
lol tell me how that goes.
Extremely beautiful insight of important… thank you you for educating us ❤️❤️❤️

@@Princessjane94Is the relaxed good or bad?😅
@DrYvette speaking as an educational administrator/teacher of English, I love that approach. It's inclusive meaning that even listeners that grasp ideas slow can catch up. Good morning Doc
@@Princessjane94 Thank you so much for the feedback
As long as it is a consenting adult and not a chikd being forced agains their will. There is a line between mutilation and circumcision.
@@NickZ6297 There’s a fine line indeed
@@DrYvette no, it's not a fine line. It's very definitive. 18 years is that line.
@@DrYvette Your interview partner said 0.2% of circumcisions end up with amputation of the penis, and you didnt even comment on it, while he brushed it off like that's nothing. That means that according to him 1 in 500 people will lose their penis soon after the procedure. Well, at least that explains an alledged reduction in STIs. I assume when you have no cock, you want catch a disease.
