I managed to get a Gateway ID this morning, no problem but when I went to the verify ID, it failed. Can I set up another Gateway ID using the directions you have shown in your video?
It is worth a try Checkpoint Charlie. I am assuming you obtained the Gateway ID by either going into the SEISS claim section of Gov.UK or that you obtained this as an "Individual"? You could try following these directions. The issue might be that HMRC still blocks you out for trying to have a second account. I think it is worth a go. If that doesn't work, ring their helpline on 08000 241 222. Good luck!
