It wasn't dogs that he was talking about it was pets in general. Because there has been a recent surge of Haitian Migrants moving to Ohio, and a number of cases where these migrants have been arrested for eating pets and geese and such. Like you can look up a woman being arrested for killing and eating a cat (or planning to) in Canton, Ohio. In Russia you don't have many people willingly moving in from the third world because your country isn't particularly nice to live in. I am not American, I am British and we have our own issue with Immigrants where they think it is okay to rape little girls. And usually they're Pakistani men. Its not all immigrants because I know most European born individuals don't have a culture of eating pets or raping little girls, and I don't have anything against them. I just really don't like the ones who are bad people and should be told to bugger off. But I know that most people are gonna be chill with their daughters getting raped, and their pets being eaten, and their lives basically being terrible; or at least thats how it feels in this absolute joke of a world.
