Love it I'm going to do a similar trick. Small hole and tape afterwards. Even if it's only 99% . You can buy a lot of food for the $300 price tag it will cost to buy food saver products

Food shortage is coming I'm trying to pack as much in my freezer as I can. And I need for my food to be good after it expires while in my freezer,if that happens.
I’ve never tried this with a freezer, if you want to try and see what happens go ahead and try.
Putting it in the freezer you have to double the ziplock bag

Try to start from the inside bag and then the outside bag
Cut a small edge off the inside bag 😉
