Wonderful. I've been an ITG user for a few years but there are some clear advantages to your setup. Biggest being customization. There were many things we didn't need on our ITG interface/homepage and being able to modify the layout of any page is super helpful. Do you guys have a PST? That would be massively helpful for onboarding.
Is there an option to onboard in bulk from a csv?
Hi, I would recommend reaching out to our support team to get a full answer on this. However, CSVs do allow for bulk import of multiple companies for each type of entity you're bringing in.

Thats Great! Where to put the VLAN though? No field for that?!
I have a slight issue - I want to have a "new user" guide but obviously want to separate it after the normal steps to customer specifics. I only want this to be a guide as the assigning steps etc. is already managed by our ticketing system. Would you suggest a new user "KB" so reference a global KB at the top, then read the customer's KB, or a new user "Process" where the steps are a process template that we add on additionals in the customer's processes?
Helpful tuotrial BUT ... why not have the API Key field on top and endpoint field on bottom to match the Domotz setup page? Seems like a basic UI fail. And can't you filter the spaces from the endpoint field automatically to avoid that hiccup altogether?
One thing that still isn't clear is if I want to setup the client so they have admin rights to their portal only, without any ability to see other companies we have hosted in Hudu. My concern is that if I add an ADMIN, which can't be added to a group, they will see other clients we have listed, since the GROUP is where you "Set Company Access".
Hi Scott, we do actually have an update coming to address this very point. Keep an eye out in the coming months for an update to our Groups feature!
This is great! But how do we use the API to retrieve KBs?
How do i manually put data into the assets? I have created several andf all show '0' information
Hi Carl, After you've created your asset layouts, you will need to make sure they're active and then create one in each company you have. If you're attempting to create an entity and the fields you've put together aren't there, submit a ticket to us. We can assign a specialist to help you with a solution!
