@@PapiPoliteRPG Epoch IS about four Robots getting sent by their creator (who IS also the Games only shopkeeper) to "save the Post apocalyptic world" and the shopkeeper IS actually the villain and sent the four to kill the Kings of the three robot Kingdoms to summon some god and i based the villain (whose called sh0pkeep btw) Off of Andrew Ryan from Bioshock with the gaslighting and all and basically the world of Epoch Takes place in a Post apocalyptic world where humanity has gone extinct and Machines have replaced them but ITS Not Like Terminator ITS more Like where humanity wiped eatchother Out and instead of being a Desert wasteland the world IS in a nuclear Winter so cold even the seas have been Frozen and the god the villain sh0pkeep wants to summon IS some eldritch being named "the great fear" and Theres also Something with the Ultima sword and shield which were created in the BIG bang and are the strongest weapons in the Game and when both legendary weapons are together the godly Ultima Armor reveals itself and the Armor Doubles the Partys Stats

I really don't see Popp being with both Maam and Merulu... The ending didn't confirm anything besides Avan and Flora. I know that Koji's health was a factor for not continuing the series but I still think the romantic couples aren't 100% confirmed until they themselves confirm them. Unless what you're saying IS 100% confirmed and I didn't know!

​​@@Sun_SsbHow is kiefer related to the hero in 2, i do know that in dragonquest yangus mystery dungeons, torneko meets young yangus, meaning 4 takes place slightly befor 8 and in dq 8 there is a cut model of torneko but that might not mean anything since it was cut from the game. If you take into account the tickington quests in 11 things get more complicated. As some characters like prince of cannock accidentally travel through space and time or mention places they have no business knowing about. Also in 6 torneko makes a cameo at reapers peak. So he might be traveling through space to meet characters he shouldnt be able

@@xtrwombat4876 yea 4 and 8 aren’t connected, torneko just makes non canon appearances in other games. Apparently in a manga, it shows that kiefer is a descendant of the prince of middenhall, along with DQ monsters caravan heart connecting kiefer to the world of 2. The most canon timelines we know of are: 11-3-1-2-7 (8 is anywhere after 3) 6-4-5 And 9 and 10 aren’t connected to anything as far as I know

@@Sun_Ssb what is canon? There is nothing that states that the spinoffs are non canon. For most franchises, spinoffs are usually canon unless they explicitly contradict the main games lore or a series director or writer says so. e.g, i remember starwars had tiers to represent how canon some events were and what events were not Canon. Lore don't seem to be a concern for enix, so you could even make a case that dq builders 2 is canon since it ties heavily into dq2 and as far as im aware doesn't contradict the main canon.
