    Hey someone else found the Vision Resonator line! I've been messing with a similar build, and one thing I've been looking into is normal summoning Ash Blossom or Ghost Ogre when you open Engraver without other engine. Conveniently Desirae is a level 9, so you can fuse into it instead of Aerial Eater, normal your level 3 tuner hand trap, and synchro directly into Auxila that way. Later in your combo you can make the Agnumday with Sequence and then revive the Desirae there, with a potential 5-card negate. Also fun is that you can send away the equips with True Awakening if you're playing it. I'm finding myself very often ending on Auxila + Desirae with 2 equips, True Awakening set, and another 12 synchro at the ready and Primus in GY, without even using Wake up and Phalanx yet (Oath set True Awakening). The big trade-off is of course you're tossing out a hand trap, and you don't have the ability to Lacrima revive Agnumday into summoning Engraver, which is very nice for easy Chaos Angel. I'm still not certain which line is actually better, but it's something to think about.

    I wrote down this play a while ago and now got recommended this video. Great display. Personally I use it a bit differently depending on Caesar/Sheep etc in the extra, if you need the normal summon or if you have a handtrap to spare as a normal summon. Aerial Eater in the GY can special summon itself by banishing the 2 Engravers if you need an additional lvl6 body. You can even play Cross Sheep and make your lvl12 + a spare body into a lvl10 synchro this way when Aerial Eater is summoned because Sheep will revive Primera. However extra deck is too tight. If you need a lvl4 or lvl6 body on the opponent's turn without using Aerial Eater, when you use Sequence for Eater you shuffle back double Engraver and leave Requiem and Lacrima (lvl4) in the GY. Then on the opponent's turn you can use Lacrima's quick effect to revive Requiem and requiem's quick effect to summon either Lacrima (she shuffles itself in the deck) or Engraver (all are in the deck) to get a LIGHT lvl4/6 on demand for a Chaos Angel play with Trudea or any lvl10 using Atrii/Primera. Lacrima will also chainblock and mill Engraver for followup playing around stuff such as a Sauravis if you happen to face Voiceless.

    Thoughts on the PUNK engine to get to the Synchro 8 Centur-ion?

    • @kengy603
      @kengy603 4 месяца назад

      @@ArchfiendHD the punk engine was the other variant that we were testing. Issue that we have with it is you need to play a significant amount of punk cards or else you draw them and they are bricks/hinder your combo. Playing a significant amount of punk cards limits amount of going second cards/centurion engine that you can play. We felt that the genericness of the fiendsmith engine also provided more value than the utility options you get from the punk cards. One thing the punk engine does better is putting up a negate on the 5th summon. Fiendmsith can do so with casaer but if you do that, that’s all it really offers. The next video I post will be about how to play through nibiru using the FS and cent engines.

  • @persephonexiv3341
    @persephonexiv3341 4 месяца назад

    Nice seeing someone toying around with this engine. I had a similar idea with evil hero adusted gold + sinister necrom, to go into the lyna/new magistus line into the new centurion synchro. At last I think it's not that worth the bricks though. A 5 card Kash engine w/ terraforming can be run to help break boards or punish a handtrap on ur trudea/primera going first, it can also give you an sp line to dodge nib, in tandem with crossouts to ensure ur combo resolves. Or a bystial engine with regained + dis pater can help at extending ur plays. Another mention worth talking bout are going a bit above 40, something like 43-44 with 2 desires + 1 Prosperity. Thank you for taking the time and effort to make this vid, I definitely enjoyed it.

    • @kengy603
      @kengy603 4 месяца назад

      apprecaite the comment! Funny enough the whole process we went through to get to this combo actually started with Eater send Sinister to get adusted. That was our line before my friend who plays a pile deck said to me that he was using eater to send resonator. Thats how we got to the line in the video. All those other ideas are nice but the deck is already super tight for fitting another engine into it. Then you miss out on drawing the pieces you do want to see. One thing we have messed with is going to 44 with max 13 centurion and max fiendmsith starters plus 2-3 hand traps. More testing needs to be done with it, but it follows the same logic as the 44 card SE FS list from nats. Same math.

      @@marcochiesa6356 I would agrue they are both better going second or first seeing that any two bodies equals 3 lvl 12s. You can also play really important cards such as imperm and cosmic. The superheavy engine warps deck building where you make concessions to include it where Fiendsmith does the same thing without those. I understand budget is a key thing to people. Thats why I did not write off SHS. From the perspective of you taking this to a YCS and trying to top Fiendsmith is for sure better.

    • @cero9391
      @cero9391 4 месяца назад

      Fiendsmith engine helps you more than just one card combo, if you open really good, plus engraver, you can into caesar first for nib proof, the fiendsmith engine will also eat a lot of interruptions before even start your engine, and going second it can help you break boards... it is also live in the grind game due to the amount of recovery... SHS is an amazing engine for synchro decks for its budget, but for the competitive play, there is no comparison.

    Wake Up allows you to play past Nib by sending Phalanx to the GY, allowing you to recover Auxila (or Legatia) if necessary. However, Bonds is also such a good card that it's really worth going to 41 to put in Bonds.

      My concern is the amount of utility/engine requirements. Between the cent engine, resonator package, fiendsmith requirements there is already 8. A theory we have is to go over 40 to reduce seeing them. Adding in another one could be too much. It’ll have to be tested
