My issues with this tech: the heavy dependence on alpha. In order for playing around droll/consistency's sake I wouldn't imagine you max out on an illusion package, meaning you're adding more cards that may not further a better game plan. Only being able to perform this with alpha is rough. Sometimes, bricking is what it and is just a concession you make when playing a deck like this. The magician's souls is a sub-par normal summon when you consider the extension/synchro endboard piece from diviner or the floodgate of Vanity's Ruler. It would be an incredibly unfortunate brick to draw, even if Drytron could afford it with its snowballing advantage. Even if it could make XYZ, I'd rather deckbuild for playing through interruption instead of giving me access to more frail combo lines. With Fucho in mind, you should only make that card for two purposes: tenpai and having access to harpie's feather storm. Otherwise, making it is essntially hitting the surrender button. I do, however, really appreciate this tech and the thought put into this. The synergy is definitely there and is very real, so this tech exists and is serviceable. Unfortunately, yugioh is only about one-card combos now and considering the +7 a NS snake-eye ash can net, sometimes we have to accept what our own deck's identity is. Drytron is a glass cannon that needs nu2 or two names.
