This is so true and how I ended up with tendinitis, slowly getting over it now but if you’re a working man like me your training needs to be specifically tailored to you so for me less is more which I wish I would’ve known but better late than never
@@mohammadallatif7366 absolutely brothah. Having to manage the stress on your body from work and the gym takes a lot of work and attention. Ramp up when work is lighter and back off when work is more demanding. Keep grinding brothah!
@ right I definitely should’ve done that and will do once I’m back to 100%, nothing can truly stop but yourself I’ll get back to where I was at then beyond that. I won’t let my drive get in the way of knowing when to rest now though because I’m stubborn and like to push myself too much not realizing I still gotta work after all this shit lol 😂

what pre workout to use, a good night rest and food and water all these supps are just a waste of money lol when i quitted all these product i was making way better gains and ive taken alot of pre workouts for year literaly 10 years or something haha now i quitted caffeine and all of these products and my sleep is so deep and good
@@hanskazan7403 never denied a good nights rest and water as a very important factor but to deny that certain products will help is just narrow minded. Most pre workouts in stores are just high stimulant junk to give you the tingles and itch. That’s why I’m trying to educate. Use your money on what will actually aid you. Just because you had a problem with caffeine doesn’t mean it doesn’t have its place. That’s great for you
