@ericschirmer580 Eric, absolutely correct! We've found that doing chemical injections for over thirty years, working with geotechnical engineers that's it's all about the CH clay and the expansive nature of it that causes settling of the soil.

@@ProChemSoilStabilizationno your entire concept that expanding clay is what causes cracks is wrong. When the foundation is made the ground is disturbed. Over time this settles causing sinking and cracking. Like the product is a lie

Right on. It's all about PH levels. Our Food-grade solution is around seven, which is safe for run-off and drains. Plus with a dilution ratio of 300 into 6,000 gallons of water so it's very minute. Soil does not need a lot of chemical to change the polarity of the clay. Clay is a negative, and water is a positive. They bond and our solution takes that ability away by removing the negative charge out of the clay.

We only go down 15 feet. This would help in the load bearing capacity. I'm not sure what the benefit would be for the oil industry.
