Mnie mój wkurzył, bo nie współpracuje dobrze z dość "suchymi" atramentami Sailora i Kaweco -.- Majohn A1 już lepsiejszy pod tym względem.. Jak się odobrażę, to może go jeszcze ruszę.

I read somewhere that Pilot did not extend the patent for the Capless model and so basically every other company can now copy it legally. Majohn did it first with the A1 Press which I really like… I actually have one in white/gold that I put a Pilot F18K nib unit in because they are so alike that you can swap out all the parts. ;) So you can use Pilot cartridges in the pens as well. I still love my Pilot originals though and the smoothness of the 18K gold nibs just can‘t be copied… ;)

Finally, a Kanken sling with a TN passport. I've been eyeing Kanken sling for a while but afraid my passport TN that I turn into wallet won't fit. If the regular size fits in there is even better! Oh how exciting! that is a beautiful color and you are right, the colors do complement each other. I will be interested to see what you plan to do with it. I have two planners for 2025. One is my regular "functional" planner to keep track of appointments and to do lists (I wish it was pretty but it's really just practical) and the other is a Tudor England themed planner from the Renaissance English History Podcast. That one I might use to document my tarot card pulls each morning and what the card means to me or any significance it might have in my life at that time. I love that cover you have for the Weeks Deluxe, very nice!

This was a very calming video at the end of my day. This week has been rough, not good for my mental health. I'm sure you know about the US election, it is devastating for me and I am very worried about my future as well as that of my friends and family. At really hard times like this, journaling is vital! I write my feelings out and I have also been doing some collage and other crafts like crochet. I think keeping busy with detail oriented tasks can really help focus our minds away from anxiety. I love to watch you write with fountain pens but I have never used one and doubt I would be very good at it.

Fajny ten nowy format!

Też zaczytałam od Lamy Rosegold, niestety zatkałam sobie go używając atramentu z brokatem. Nie umiem wyczyścić sekcji w środku, więc przestałam nim pisać. Czytam też jeden komentarz o Kaweco i niestety prawda o ich stalówkach jest bolesna. Szczególnie obecne jest to w droższych i limitowanych modelach. Mam limitowane Kaweco z edycji Hello Kitty, stalówka wizualnie cudna, z wizerunkiem kotka, ale co z tego skoro kręci się wokół sekcji, jakby wiecznie była niedokręcona. Z kolei w kaweco Brass nieustannie przytyka mi atamenty, a mam największą możliwą grubość stalówki. Ostatnio jednak skłaniam się ku większym i grubszym piórom z dużymi stalówkami. Chyba wolę czuć ciężar pióra w dłoni.

I only bought the TN folder this year because of the cat lol. That's all I needed.

I am a sucker for pigeons, so I love the 2025 TN regular pencil sized board and stickers. I haven't bought anything TN yet though because I actually wound up grabbing a Mishmash 2025 planner. I tried one in my local stationery shop and LOVED how it felt to write in and no ghosting even from a larger nib pen!

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that October was a hard month for you, I hope things are getting better. I can empathize with that; the last 5 years of my life have been really hard. However, September and October of this year were the best months I have had since before 2020. I have a feeling of peace and satisfaction because I did lots of fun things with friends and family and the weather here in New England has been beautiful. I have used a Mossery planner the last few years and have a cover with my name embossed on it, but to be honest I didn't love the way it has the months in one section and then the weeks all together in another section. I'm also kind of broke so I just ordered a cheap planner from Amazon that has the month, then the weeks, then the next month, etc. I think I like it better already. I sewed a bright fabric cover for it so it's more personal. I hope November is a better month for you :)
