This ending is clearly the one that has a meaning. The other appears to have some type of censorship measure or adjustment with the YT rules... And then they made it with no logic at all. They destroyed all the drama that made me like so much of this videoclip by all my teenage and until today...
THIS is the ending I remember and love. I feel this ending had a much stronger conclusion that fit better with the song and story than what the "official" video gives us. Sortta pissed this isn't the one on their official youtube.
@@jish55 exactly, the other video was the sad one, this is more realistic unlike the other one where she survives a car accident with no injuries whatsoever.
@@jenniferschmidt9901 that's sounds stupid, romanticized suicide? Like how? That was clearly an accident, if she wanted to commit suicide she would have done it at her home without packing her suitcase.
Found this ending finally too, this is the ending I remembered on TV, not the one where the girl actually survived it....I always doubted the surviving girl, how was she able to survive that horrific an impact ? Being hit by that truck of that force would be next to impossible....But also, miracles can happen too, i believe it too!
Thank you for posting this version I always liked it better as the couple is reunited. Every time I look for the video of Someday I keep finding the one with the other ending which I find lame
I actually liked this ending more because it made sense and is more logical, she dies in the car crash and her soul see his soul ( because from the beginning of this song he is already dead and what we see is his soul) and the bystanders don't see them both. Unlike the official one where she survives the crash without a single injury and people around looks stunned.
I can't say I thought I had hallucinated this ending, but I was beginning to think I might be a victim of the Mandela effect until I found this, the much better version of the video that actually makes sense!
