No, 251 songs were not just the Beatles songs. There were only 32 Beatles songs in the ATV catalog. There were 33 but one of the songs, Penny Lane, was gifted to the previous owner's daughter. Yoko didn't bid despite Paul asking her. Michael and Sony bought ATV. Michael didn't buy it by himself. Michael never got revenge on Eminem. He was a part of the investment group that acquired songs including Eminem's catalog. It wasn't on purpose.

Let me state something: Michael would never sale the catalog so for you to make it seem like he did tells me you did not do any research. You did some searching on google and made assumptions. Michael did not sell the catalog, his executives did and that was something MJ would never do. Michael own publishing rights, half of it, was sold to Sony in February, again, something MJ would never do. Michael was murdered because he did not want to sell his assets.
