@@norm7798do you.. not know how the bunny works? It can actually be teleported to on top of the china cabinet in the kitchen or into the baby room. It’s an uncommon ghost interaction just like the mannequin movements and spawning.

I use OBS Studio to record and Davinci Resolve to edit.

You'd have to downgrade the game to patch 1.0.0, install CLEO and then install one of the 2 Chaos Mods. I'm using the one on Github by Parik, though the Zolika one is great too!
