Go Fast Nation
Добавлен 26 май 2019
Welcome to Go Fast Nation! Around here we're all about going fast no matter the platform. Although we own a Mustang and that's the primary car on the channel at the moment, we are not a "Mustang " channel. We like all things fast and have fun tracking down fast cars to showcase and race!

Too many speeds
Awesome video thank you very much 🤝
Best video ever made nice and easy
WS ur steering hard to turn my 328 I have to use both of my hand no active steering tho but still is very hardddd it shouldn’t be that hard is not that old of a car
Ur video was amazing good job & funny.
I like the way u explain it thank you
Man thanks for this video bro..just started on a 13speed today after many yrs of automatic and this by far is the most simplistic and easy to understand video..keep them coming bro
@@Mike-z7p glad it helped!
I've been watching a lot of vids and this is the best fxcking video I've ever seen.... well done man.....fantastic video bro 1000%
@@trevorblackwood5058 thank you. Glad it helped
Unless loaded super heavy i never use 1 and 2. In truck drving school they would scold us if we started in anything lower than 3rd!
@andrewj7424 i agree. However as I mentioned in the video i only started in 1st for demonstration purposes. I usually start in 2nd or 3rd depending on weight of course.
Great video brother..
No they’re reusable cramps.
Thanks for this tutorial great help. Quick question when you are shifting say from 7th gear to 8th gear, are you clutching to shift these gears or no?
@AntoineJoseph-wl1vi nope. Only time I clutch is starting or stopping. Just float 'em
I wonder when they will make another tunnel because i know these tunnels are not meant to last forever. Im sure they will have to build a new one after a certain amount of years just like they do bridges.
Man, you should be teaching in the driving schools if they can afford you. Best on the internet!!
@hismajesty5544 lol thanks. I actually looked at teaching at the school I trained at but sad to say I'd take a huge pay cut. Not worth the home time unfortunately.
They're not old warships .. that's your atlantic fleet

Best explanation ever now I understands how it works😂
Thanks for the video @gofastnation, looking to grab some of these - Do you still have the link to purchase them and after two years how are they still holding up?
@shanemcdonald6000 sorry I don't have the link. They were on Amazon though. I traded out of the Ranger for an F150 a while ago but they looked good still when I did.
I have watched at least 6 videos to get a good understanding and out of all of them you my friend made it plain and simple thank you brother
You explained that well bro!
Found one in a lady’s back yard. She would never sell it after asking twice over a long period of time. I came back one day to find out she sold it to a member at her church.
It’s a shame I probably won’t be ever able to afford one.
Lose weight. Dump the datsun
Just the tune alone is good for 50hp I've heard, I would do a coyote swap with the sho. Awd nightmare
Very familiar with the CBBT and the HRBT as these tunnels provide for ships to come and go unhindered, especially the US Navy. The CBBT in the near future will finally be 2 lanes each way and all the way. Currently parts of it is still only 1 lane each way. The HRBT is also adding additional lanes. When they built the Monitor Merrimac(664) they should have made it 3 lanes each way. There are a number of other smaller tunnels and bridges in the area.
Thank you. This Helped.
I’ve kinda been wondering about how the 13 speed was shifted, now I know. It’s kinda like the 15 speed shifting wise. Which I’ve never done either. I’ve only seen one being shifted. 😂
Thanks for the memories! It’s been 45+ years since driving a White freightliner cabover and I had forgotten the pattern although we clutched between main gears.
Seeing this car doesn’t excite me. Seeing a hurcan or aventador does
Ok this was easy to learn!
❤😮😮
Well done. For me, the shift pattern pretty quickly became muscle memory and up-shifting relatively intuitive, downshifting, however, under varying weights and grades is far more difficult to master.
They weren’t even nice when they were new. I never got soaking money in them no offense. I got out of a Cabover in 84-85 into a classic and thought I was in heaven then started driving PACCAR and Volvo never looked back.
Its worthless with those stripes
i imagine this tune works alot better on a manual that you can keep the revs up on when your idling... damn, bummer, i was wanting this tune pretty bad but mines also an automatic, the bogging/surging when youre creeping looks irritating :/
Take this trip on a vintage Harley, like I did, If ya want a unique rush! Exhaust pipes sound supremely stereophonic!
Meguires cleaner wax hard to beat for the money.
I just crossed this Monday and there was two way traffic in the tunnels.
Aftermarket radio which devalues it, def not worth buying it.
Engine paint is shit, sign of overheating and abuse.
Second of all, it has shitty gen 2 rims on it. More to come you clowns :)
First of all it aint a 1993. They didn't have stripes AND they had an antenna.
man that laugh…
Thanks for having the patience for sharing 🤠
theres parts of the tunnel thats 13"6 i wouldnt go through empty
Red splitter in for even number gears, red splitter out for odd gears?
This is the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel HRBT. It does not span the Chesapeake Bay. The CBBT spans the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay from Chicks Beach to Fisherman’s Island on the Eastern Shore
Yes it is. Being from the Eastern shore of Maryland and currently living in Newport News for 30+ years. I know my bridge tunnels very well.
Hey thank you my brother for taking the time to make videos like this I really appreciate it and you did an awesome job with breaking it down very explanatory it will definitely be helping me out big time this week with a new job that I'm starting I've been driving a 1984 Peterbilt with the 10-speed transmission at Tandem and a flatbed on a Freightliner Cascadia put the 10-speed transmission so I got so used to the concept of it basically almost being like a car or pick up with a manual transmission and having to shift through that first set of gears hit that splitter one time and then run through the next set of gears so it's pretty easy and simple to run a 10-speed transmission starting a new job and they have a whole Fleet of trucks some of them are automatic some of them have the 10-speed one has a 5 and a 4 and 13 and 18 speed transmissions some old school and some are brand new semis a little nervous about being thrown to the wolves but I am confident I will figure it out
.aahh... nostalgia...worked on the CBBT 14 months loog ago 1986-87. If memories serve our fleet mechanic had a new Mustang 5.0 so we take it out just for kicks. 120mph +/-. Coming out of the tunnel like getting shot out of a cannon.flamimg youth...
Appreciate the simple instructions I’m a long time driver first time o/o learning how to fix my own stuff todays job shocks 🤷♀️😁
Lol glad it could help. Although this video was made more in a "jokey" matter, the process is correct. Let me know how it turns out!
What heads and cam and intake ect. Does he have?
