First 570 on trailer…what are the size of wheel and tires? Also, how big of lift and wheel spacers? Thing is sitting up nicely. Nice vid!
It’s on stock suspension with the rear turned up 2 notches and the tires are 27 inch Sedona mud hawgs with race line wheels

What is the wheel and tire set up you are running?
If you plan to leave it up all the time, it looks like there would be room to mount it with the square tubing underneath the rack and install the u-bolts the other way around. This would give you more room to utilize the rack.
Yeah that could be possible, we just chose the quickest way lol

Yes, you can just pull two pins and it will fold down out of the way.

My 2020 cant do a wheelie unless stand on the rear rack.
I put XTR 27x11x14 on all 4 on my Sportsman XP 1000 and it just killed my speed.

Once you install the back rest you don’t have enough space for a cooler right?
Depending on the size of cooler you’re looking to use, I’m able to strap an ozark 20 quart on here behind the back rest with no problem
I took an exhaust coupler that fit inside the pool hose cut it and made a 45ish elbow and welded it to a metal plate for my air box and didn't have to cut it for anyone that doesn't want to cut the box lid and i used rubber 3 inch on my belt box for easy removal but love this set up might swap mine out its just ran up under my headlight for now
Are you able to Turn your handles all the way without the light pod hitting the snorkels?
Yes sir, I put that metal bracket to hold the snorkels away from the handlebars and light pod, it doesn’t have a lot of clearance but it doesn’t rub.

Thank you. That helped this grandma a lot. I don't know if you can answer this but why does the QUADBOSS instructions come with this disclaimer? WARNING NEVER USE BACKREST WHILE RIDING/DRIVING AN ATV. USE ONLY AS A BACKREST WHEN ATV IS SHUT OFF, KEY IS OUT OF IGNITION, AND EMERGENCY BRAKE SET! I bought this so my granddaughter doesn't flip off the back of my quad when we are riding. That disclaimer makes me think the company's advertisement is misleading and that she might be in danger when we are riding with it installed. What the heck?
I’m not too sure why it has a disclaimer, it’s probably because one person installed it incorrectly and had an accident. I’ve used mine quite a bit, my wife and other people ride with me all the time over rough terrain and I trust it. Never had a single issue.

@@faucettefarmsfishing5498 the buddy who installed his used a nut and bolt in place of the pins that hold the back rest adjustment. The pins are what make most of the noise so if you put a nut and bolt in there it won’t rattle.

I’ve ran them since this video was taken I found out the hard way with my gas tank vent lol

Can you show the way you ran your vent lines? I was only able to find 3 vent lines but was told there are 4 on the 2020 Sportsman 570

So, can you get a tuner & reprogram the gears for the bigger tires or is that a matter of rebuilding gearbox or transmission on these?
Yeah man you can get a tuner and a clutch kit to help get your stock power back
That's awesome I have a 2019 touring 570 everything stock right now. I can't do wheelies on the touring anyways but getting lost power back would be preferable! I'm going to look into it, thx again!
