Really nice. The only thing I didn't like is the cable slide... everything I've read says they are trouble. Why did you use a cable slide?

My 1/2 ton has 880 lbs. hitch weight, you will probably need 1200 lbs. of hitch weight to tow this.

All lies. No one can say it is tow able by most 1/2 ton trucks. Dry tongue weight is not loaded ready to travel weight.

Great review! This floor plan was definitely a contender but we chose the 25RDS. At the time we ordered it was going to be a 2024 but now will be a 2025 and delivery has been pushed back a few more weeks. Will you be doing a review of the 2025 25RDS?

This RV is very nice! Many great features! Keeping the larger 21” oven and improvement of the upper bathroom cabinet symmetry would be wonderful.

We would love to purchase an Alpine 3011CK, but just try to find a dealership in our area who carries the brand. And I live in a town of 250,000 people. Seems like most dealers carry either the lower end (Cougar) or high end (Montana), but nothing in between (Alpine/Avalanche).

only 39 gallons of fresh water. should be 60+ gallons. i can do without fancy landing leg lights. bending over is painful for me. (bad back). but i love the door closer springs. i would dump the king (i am single), do a queen, or double. but bed room slides suck, adds weight to the pin numbers. can you access any of the fridge while in transit? aka slides in. i would like this unit, but the price says forget it.

Very attractive unit but I’m disappointed in the plastic sinks. On a “luxury” fifth wheel I would expect either an under mount stainless steel sink or a porcelain bowl. Those plastic sinks really take away from the appearance of the bathroom. Also I’m not a fan of the mirrored closet doors. I think most people would prefer all wood doors.

But we've taken away the valence on the bedroom windows, the one room you really want to black out, ....and were pushing counter top space in the kitchen , but the butler pantry in the 3712KB has had all the counters removed and just cabinets installed.

Thanks for sharing, Brad. Little things I like are... No medicine cabinet directly in front of the bathroom sink. In our Cougar, it's difficult to get down to the sink without hitting your head. It's actually been like this is every trailer we've ever owned. (All Keystones!) We love the range feature wall! What we are not sure about... no direct outside venting for the range hood. Love all the additional counter space. Love the tall slides with big windows. Light is nice but bending down to see out the windows in not. One big thing I am waiting for someone to do is create more space around the bed. Shimmying around the bed all the time gets old. As an engineer, I would sacrifice space somewhere else to make it easier to climb in and out of bed. Again, thanks for sharing. Amazing floor plan, I wonder how much?

The additional bedroom slide kills the front awning length compared to the equivalent Montana (3132CK) but the 4 burner stove, higher hood above it, and extra bedroom space is pretty nice. I prefer the Alpine bathroom vanity layout on the Alpine as well.
