My friend and I went on a beach trip around false bay and looked at all the surf spots. The spot we bodyboarded in the video is Glencairn (located in Simons Town). The forecast was 3-4ft with offshore winds! Camera : GoPro Hero 3 Quality : 720p 60fps 🤙🤙🤙
