The Lot Premiums will vary based on the Lot. Toll Brothers has not yet released the lots or their pricing, but I'll come back and respond to your post as soon as I have that information. I should have it relatively soon.

As a person who has lived in California......... 10m USD would be good guess.... maybe for Texas standard it would be 5m

The starting price for this floor plan is around $1.6M. Toll Brothers has not yet released their Lot Premiums, but I would estimate a completed Vivia floor plan with structural upgrades, design selections, and lot premiums would be around $2.5M.

Congrats on building your dream home in Hungary! I hope it comes along exactly like you want it to and I'm glad my videos can be useful. As for the sound tracks in the videos, I use various unnamed tracks through my editing software. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the exact tracks that I used for this video. The naming convention for the tracks are "Shutterstock_489629 or Shutterstock_442793, etc." which I don't think would be too useful.

Unfortunately, the day I was there to record this video, the electricity in the closet was out. There was an issue with the panel and it wouldn't turn on. 🙁 I try always record the primary walk-in closets, but I had to skip this one.

Is there such a thing as too much luxury...lol? I'm joking, but you can always tone it down to suit your style.

It's definitely a unique floor plan, I agree. As for the garage, this specific property is a model home and the garage spaces are being used as the sales office, but it would come with garage space. 🙂 I appreciate the viewership!

The selling point of this property is its location and the amazing views. It’s not the size of the home. I certainly do highlight a lot of properties that are much larger, with more land, and more space for kids and pets, etc. I appreciate the views!

Homes in the Florence collection are on 90' wide lots, so the lots fairly large and wide. This property is 5,521 square feet, which means that it has a large footprint (foundation). This brings the property right to the edge of the build line and closer to the property next door. If you're looking for property with more space in between the two houses, the Verona collection by Toll Brothers will be opening up in Travisso near the end of August and the build lots are at least an acre.
