Works pretty well. For larger screens, just need to work a little harder on it, possibly clean them a couple of times… But I will admit, the larger screens, my shoulders get sore sooner 😅

@@PazWindowCleaning I understand that, I'm asking because I like that neck... It's looks like it has articulation. I use tucker but not a fan of the stiff 2 directions neck. I do a lot of arch windows, I want articulation. Maybe I shouldn't have called it a knock off, my apologies... I was meaning to ask if it's similar to a Tucker system.

@flman1284 oh gotcha. Honestly you could just make your own system but the risk is high for it not to work if that makes sense. I personally use Xero, another company like Tucker, that makes 3 stage systems and they have a 12 year warranty on it. A single RO 3 stage system runs about $1,700…. Actually right now they are giving away a free pole too

@@PazWindowCleaning my nephew has a Xero system, it's near identical to what I use, at half the price. Maybe I need to invent what I need!

@flman1284 great! Actually what I have seen is people buying the system in parts and installing the system to their truck bed and run the system that way and never have to worry about taking the system on and off the truck.

Yes it is! But at times I adjust it when is needed. So when it comes to the streaks, how old is your rubber and what rubber are you using? Also when it comes to cleaning windows in the sun, you have to do the mop and then squeegee combo because if you squeegee too late then it leaves marks. What you can do is clean the window into sections instead of doing the window all at once. Hopefully this helped!

It's definitely better to walk once they show a red flag like that. They have assumptions about what exactly you clean so being super clear upfront is best. We put cleaning expectations in our service agreement but of course most people skim read it.

Yes you can get insurance as sole and LLC 👍. There’s a lot of benefits for being a sole and LLC it all depends on your circumstances. For us LLC is best.

Thanks!! I go into every job thinking I can do waterfed. Very rare I do traditional. I only do traditional if the windows leak a lot of water, for example there’s a gap between the frame and the window itself

It can be! But where I live the wires are safe enough for animals to be on them and I make sure not to touch the wires. If there’s a wire in the way of a window I tell the home owner I can’t do it
