This channel is about opening safes without drilling or damaging them. You won't find anything videos teasing about finding gold or diamonds. 99% of locked safes are empty. The goal is to open these without damage so they can survive another 100 years.
I am located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, canada. I am willing to travel(at your expense) and open your safe for free.

This safe made me work. All the wheels were higher than the drive cam but I couldn't feel the gates. I had to do so tricky maneuvers to save this one from the drill

It's not the best video, but I'm keeping it just for my records. I forgot to charge the gopro, so I was trying to conserve battery, and then I missed the gates lining up.

That safe exactly reminds me of a safe at my previous place of employment, down to its internals, and how the wheel pack works.
Where did you work? Maybe it's the safe...
Other guy: "So, what's the combination?" You: "Yes!"
Great video!
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I know people don't like long videos, but these are more my fellow safe crackers.
Congrats on the the open and finding something inside!
Great job, and yes , always look inside !!! have a great day
You should do a collaboration with @VaultCracker !!!
Fellow safe tech here still learning manipulation. What’s that chart that you’re using to record your numbers? I’d like to see if I’d like to use that over the graphing technique.
Question: if the safe moves why couldn't you take it out and set it up where you can work on it better, or was it loosly mounted? Have a great day, I also picked up a "World Reserve - Monetary Exchange" safe that is a direct entry dial. I think you can buy it cheap when you buy enough coins from the seller under the same name.
I didn't want to bother the owner. The wife just died, and they needed the paperwork in there. Sometimes, you just work with what you have.
With the low lights and whispering I swear I’m watching a thief monetize his handy work. 😂 Interesting video.
Clever set up. I'm a newbie to manipulation, but I recently tried my first direct entry safe. I found it hard to get consistent readings so I got frustrated and drilled and scoped it. You were able to get 3 wheels using your method then brute force the last wheel?
The last wheel is always the first one to be found..
Wow, that is amazing. What is (or was) this place?
Red river college in Winnipeg. They took down a few buildings an moved all the safes into 1 place
Even for forced destructive entry that is not good methods. Gads.
❤❤❤
Always interesting to see the old S & G stuff, a old 3 wheel (brass ?), wish I could have done that with the Cat 3 under counters I used to have to open, 4 wheel Aluminium modern, keylock and time delay, broken back working on the floor, lucky the banks where I live opted for the keylock to be the custodian/master lock so mostly had the key, until the safe door was slammed into a wall or something and broke the key web off inside.
I have a few videos on my of some 4 of the wheel locks I've done.. one of them almost killed me.
One day I'm going to figure out how to do this
Start now.. it takes years to master..
Nice safe ! Great job Have a great day
Fascinating process! From an electronics/hardware hacking perspective, this resembles a sidechannel attack am I right? You exploit the tiny difference in mechanical response bassicaly?
Yes
The real skill is sorting through the garbage data and keeping only the relevant stuff. Without experience you will waste time on irrelevant data
WAIT..............FOR........................It!!!! 😄
Fascinating technique! Thanks for sharing your skill and thought process with us.
Glad you enjoyed it!
That's really cool! Thanks for sharing the process! 👍👍
Thanks for watching!
Just as exciting as opening Capone's safe with the same result.....Good job Geraldo.
This channel is about opening safes without damaging them, not about finding riches.
Sucks that it was empty but having a functioning floor safe is way cool.
Great job, Have a great day
Manipulation seems like more trouble than it's worth. You could probably drill most of these safes open in a few minutes.
Drilling is faster, but is it cooler?? This whole process took 38 minutes. Drilling may have saved 10 minutes, and then the customer has to buy a new door. I still say my way is better..
@@MBSAFCRKR I don't know, I think finding the exact drill point, sticking in a borescope and finding the combination or moving a bolt is pretty cool. The problem with manipulation is it's unreliable; if all goes well you'll open the safe in 15 or 20 minutes, but sometimes it might take hours, days or you never get it open. Didn't you say it took you 100 hours to open one safe? Crazy. It's interesting as a hobby, but not very practical. And it seems like a dying art with all the electronic locks around. As far as damage goes, can't drillers patch up the holes so they're basically as good as new if they know what they're doing? That's what Dave McOmie says anyway; I'm no expert. Not trying to discourage you, just playing Devil's advocate. ;)
@black_eagle on a newer safe that's fine, but on a 100+ year old safe, it's nice to have no holes.
Shatter a glass relocker, and it will never open. One would have to know all the locks, the safe makers, the lock characteristics, and exactly where to drill. 38 minutes is pretty good, to me.
I have this same safe in wall, and would love to get it open. Any pointers?
Where are you located?
MN
@@user-fw3iz8xu7t can you find me on Facebook and DM me... I'll tell you what to do..
Nice job, helps if its not all jammed up. Have a great day
Nice job, cool safe. It looked like it was bigger on the Inside. Since you finally got the door off and apart, did you ever change the combo for them? Have a great day
Very nice job, but I didn't need the commie bookstore propaganda.
I didn't mind. It's not my kind of scene but the people were pretty cool. Other than the mask wearing there was really no propaganda being pushed.
Very interesting 🤔
Interesting, can't wait for the next one, good luck. Have a great day
So some doofus installed it wrong-handed but in the end it was just a bog standard group 2 67xx?
Yes.. old reliable 6730
Low key I've always wanted to learn this art
I work on safes and ATMs for a living. This is impressive. I’d a been drilling that puppy. Maybe broke out the scope to look for a relocker. Good job!
This one was unusually hard. Usually, I only need 35 - 45 minutes.
So the lazer just positions the dial super precisely? Why is that necessary? I thought most safes were designed to intentionally be a lil sloppy
Yeah! I've never seen or heard of using a laser. Very interesting... would love to know more.
The laser is for when the wheels are super evenly matched. The laser lets me shoot the contact points over a longer distance to amplify the readings. I don't go too much into the laser explanation because it's really difficult to figure out if the readings are meaningful. There also the issue where experience tell me right away if I'm shooting too far or too close. Alot of time will be wasted if it's not setup properly. If you see my video of safe #13, you'll see how the laser is set up with a measuring device. I had to move it several times before I started getting proper readings
I'm intrigued by safe openings, but would have actually liked some explanations of the process. Also...you can film horizontally if you're not making a < 1 minute shorts video. Have a nice day! =)
Yeah I agree with both. But no YOU have a nice day. Or else
Yes, please film with the camera held the right way. Vertical video is of the devil.
I normally film for TikTok since I have 2400 followers there.
I've been working for a locksmith for the last 3 years and this is the coolest video I've ever seen.
Thanks for watching. I have other safe cracking videos. I mostly post on tik tok because I have more followers there.
Would be nice to see the inside of the lock to see what's going on or at least how it operates. Watching while commenting sometimes answers the comment. Thanks for the view. Have a great day, still practicing
I suppose I could make a video of how it works

a new tool is always fun!!! have a great day
You never stop learning, Good luck with the new tool, I'll be waiting for the next video. Have a great day
Tight spot!! Gonna get cramps doing the next step.
This is an impressive method for opening a safe. Any reason why you don't use an auto-dialer or other non-destructive entry tools vs this by hand method?
An auto dialer could take days and often destroys the lock in the process. I don't drill. Any locksmith can drill, I choose this method so no damage comes to the safe. I only use manipulation.
@@MBSAFCRKR That's good to know. I appreciate how you aim to keep the safe functional at the end.
@@BogDrakonovcheck out my other videos too..

Great video, good info. thanks have a great day
I saw the other vid first with the storm of emotions. I thought best to watch this but the physics is what I expected. Glad you did not get injured -- certainly as you are working alone.
Seeing that 'box' against a wood stick wall is tough. You cannot leave long as the wood will fatigue and then break. But not obvious how you can bring it back up slowly to set on blocks. Each move risks the bottom corner kicking out too. All the ideas I think of, I will guess you thought off too and no option seems really good. Do let us know if when you bring it back as I am sure you will. I was working at the shop which took delivery of a box about that size and weight and the top corner was caved in about 4 inches. For reasons, the shop had to take deliver and document to get another. The driver said he did not know what happened but thinks it hit the wall of the truck going over a bump. When he had left, we had a laugh as the aluminum sheet walls of that truck would never hold this safe and dent in 4 inches. Also, the second same box has the usual pallet this company uses to ship while this damages box was on a cheaper pallet.
Great job, happy your safe, maybe you can do a follow up on the status of the locks, was there something wrong? Have a great day, be safe, maybe add a new protocol, verify stability of the safe before working.
Yes, that's definitely on the agenda..
nice safe, great job have a great day
