These new Tundra truck is just to damn ugly for me!

No it’s not the best. Too many issues with 4wd system. Tcase actuator / Traction / abs / emergency break light on/ and so on / abs pump turns on when going off on ramp and pulsating the brake pedal/ doors don’t hold itself- keep closing / rear trunk latch / rear window doesn’t work / regret buying it.

We changed it at brakes plus

FORGERY & FRAUD: Toyota of Fort Walton Beach Florida forged my signature on the pre-approval check which resulted in the APR increasing from 5.69% to 7.14%, increased the monthly payment and overall cost of the loan, and damaged my credit. I’ve been told to NEVER buy the first year of any new-generation vehicle. Bugs are worked out in later years. I got the 2023 TRD 4x4 OFF-ROAD with 33k miles. Heavy foot, runs great (and FAST). ☕️

Aftet engine was replaced on my 1794 still had problems!!! Engine had to be replaced again i got rid of it asap!!!!

In order for this too work do you have to remove the first black plastic piece or will it work with it still in there? The piece you threw on the ground is what I'm talking about

I just traded my 2020 tundra 145000 miles in for a 2020 tundra with 20000 v8

Mine was a little white bit of plastic in my Kia Sorento. Same issue, solved it myself after saw a video that showed where to fit the switch and I saw the Brake Light Switch Bumper part which was missing from mine. In my case I used a 30mm x8mm bolt instead of the switch bumper. I put the bolt through the hole for the bumper with the head facing the brake light switch, and put an M8 nut on the back of the bolt with a dab of locktite on it, held the bolt with some pliers while I tightened down the nut. I intended it to be a temporary fix but thinking about it I might as well just keep it like that. That bolt will last a lot longer than another plastic bumper.

I have the 2024 1794 Limited and so far so good. 2000 miles. I would not recommend the 22 or 23 for sure based on engine and granny issues. They are replacing over 100k motors.

Recall or no recall, this thing will still have two turbos that will need to be replaced and a V6 that marginally improved gas mileage over the bullet proof 5.7 V8. And, quite frankly, if you want a big screen and fuel efficiency, go ahead and get yourself a Prius or a Tesla Model 3. I'm about to buy a truck and will probably buy a 2021 Tundra SR5 with the least amount of luxuries as possible.

I bought a new, factory lifted Tundra last Feb. absolutely loved the truck... the ride, the power, the towing, the engine. Out of fearing of it laying down on me at any inopportune moment, I traded it for a 2024 Power Wagon a few days ago.

Have a 2023 TRD PRO, 30K miles. No issues what so ever.

The fact anyone thinks anything mass produced won’t have issues is hilarious and shows their iq isn’t very high. Secondly Toyota is the most reliable vehicle sold period they proved they’re the only company with 80%+ of their vehicles sold in the last 20 years are still on the road proven via service records.

They just need to throw the V8 back into the Tundra, and the 4.0 V6 in the Tacoma 👍🏼

I really liked this truck when I drove it. If Toyota does a proper fix on the engines (transmissions?), I may consider one. You are right, maybe they will be much more affordable if in a warranty repair state.

I have a sneaking suspition that build out is much heavier than 300 pounds.

Looks like all gadgets and no reliability you like. I find kinda strange as a long time Toyota guy. Personally I would not buy one.

By the time the 2025 one comes out, they will fix their issues. I’m interested, they will start selling them in Australia next yr I think
