im making one using two fibreglass poles with a 4.1 ballun on it but does it matter how long the wire is because i was going to have 33ft of wire but will it matter if i have 48ft of wire
1005/frequency. 20 meter appox. 70.5 feet of 14 gauge stranded copper out door wire like thnn/thwn. Use AP FOTO you tube design. Also fiberglass fishing rods 7.2 meters. Good luck! 😊
Use 2.5:1 balun no tuner will required.
Newer design does not use the ¼ wave stub. Loop is simply "grounded" to the boom.

If i want this Antenna to operate on a Frequency a little higher like 150Mhz/446Mhz, which Element do i have to shorten? alle of them?
