I've been at a couple events with the REBEL MAX in 2023... I absolutely love this Jet. It's a big bird which you can fly slower than nearly any other sport jet... That old construction of my CARF Models Pitts S-12 still goes like rocket! Such a great working plane😎 Very first model was produced 18 years ago at CARF Models and the plane still can handle todays equipment and flying style. Very old design. Evident in its slow and sloppy handling. I would never have pursued that plane. Good RC driver, though. Got the most out of it.

I like that it was graceful. Some of these freestyle shows I see it's like full throttle the whole time and filled with rifle rolls and radical maneuvers. The maneuvers here seemed almost believable that a pilot inside the plane could survive. Lol

Amazing flying and some really cleaver manoeuvring going on there. I especially liked the little pop top thing at 3:40, that looked sweet. But if I was judging it I would have marked it down because 99% of all his aileron inputs were using left stick. I Only recognised this because I’m trying to knock myself out of doing the same thing. I’d love to see it demonstrated with the rolling manoeuvres going to the right as well.
I'm guilty of this as well. Maybe this season I will change things up
