I remember going to a jazz bar with my cousin when I was younger. It was a cozy place, and there weren’t many people, but the vibe was amazing. The piano player’s improvisation was unlike anything I had ever heard. I was in awe. After the performance, my cousin introduced me to the pianist. To my surprise, he invited me to sit at the piano and try a few notes. I was terrible, but he smiled and told me to follow my passion. From that moment on, I became enchanted by jazz. Over the years, my cousin and I attended numerous jazz nights, and I even started learning piano. Jazz has brought so much harmony and connection to my life, and I will always remember those nights with my cousin.
