I.... dont have a daduk but I do have a Guanzi that I plan on doing a similar thing with i played trombone when i was a kid, but i never really got very good at the whole wind instrument thing haha but I think i should be able to play the Guanzi at least enough to send thru some effects :)

That is a good question, I am very low iq on this piece of gear I will say, id recommend getting one, and a midi device with the cord to connect to this cause, its.... shockingly powerful, like.. this little pocket synth is kind of amazing

@rcsscMHK it kinda does to be fair. Iirc they are used in a specific form of traditional Japanese music and/or poetry. Interesting things, if maybe somewhat limited because of their original purpose.

@@Sandy-dd4le I love it because of the limitations, Sometimes especially nowadays, we have option paralysis... my sp404mk2 is awesome, but sometimes i dont even know what i want to do because it can do so much so when I pull out the taisho harp, and push it thru some effects, its kind of meditative and its definitely gorgeous

I honestly didnt know the name of it, i found it online and they called it the Japan Harp, which ... might be slang or something but obviously isnt the real name for it! its a sick instrument tho! I have had some of the most fun times playing that thru the Data bender and reverb, oh man, life with music is the best!

I LOVE the last of us! Heck yes! At this point ebay and youtube seem to be working against my wallet..... they keep saying things like "We thought you would like this" and then showing me something that I do in fact want haha this instrument gets way out of tune the higher up on the fretboard, but i think it has a great sound for specific things

I bought a low profile pickup and gaffer taped it under the strings of my resonator guitar then just soldered a tip sleave jack and gaffer taped that too haha Thank you! I love this guitar!
