Hey boss, im building a 54 belair. Im building some drop blocks and im using a chunk of aluminum block 2"x4". I think the leaf if 1.75" wide will a block 2"x4"x2" actually fit or is it too wide?

Did you sand the clear coat that's over the metal flake before taping up the design? Clear coat looks awful smooth and shiny.

Killer job, diggin the color scheme also. The gold makes the green really pop.

End result is beautiful, but I would have started my lotus bloom at the front and worked toward the rear of the tank, so that I'm not taping over fresh paint every time... just a suggestion.

Do you have a video about how to mix your paints properly? About to dive into it but that's one thing I'd like to know more about. How much thinner, types, etc .

What brand of candy paint did you use?

If your stuck using green tape as fine line, shoot clear before color or pattern and you won't get bleed through/under from my experiences, but I shoot rattle can with all sorts of different tips after all my paint equipment was pilfered so I get to skip all the gun cleaning
