Glad that was fixed for the FY23 audit. I only had the 2022 audit to go by for a couple of weeks and I couldn't for the life of me figure out where that $15.5M "infrastructure improvements" was going until the notice on pg 54. Page 11 was a mess.

4:25 pay attention folks, the bonds are publicly traded - someone else owns Clyde Texas until the bonds are payed off. I have a sneaky guess as to who holds those bonds, but it would be pure speculation.
