This is one of the collaring hole tools that I make, they create a better braze joint for through wall tubing, I build these in any size.

I dunno how I missed this one. Very cool!
It's good stuff!
Swag it!! Very cool
I did enjoy this it reminded me of my younger days as a teenager and child. We used to cook soup beans over an open fire in a big cast iron kettle that my grandma used to cold pack in. Them were some of the best soup beans you ever ate. Thanks for sharing this brother
Round and round she goes
Cool 😮
Thanks Ray, it's an old practice that's not used much anymore, but it works well when you don't have cold forming tools.
This is cool. It reminds me of some springs around here. Just a random hose sticking out of a rock wall by the road. We used to stop and fill up plastic carboys.
@@christopherconrad1129 there used to be several like that around here.
I’d like to get some water from there and make a mash with it.
@@Fire_And_Iron I made two mashes with it
Pretty cool
Not sure if my back would let me walk to that one anymore.
@@richardhenderson9127 it's not that bad actually.
@OzarkStillWorks good to know. I'll have to drive up there sometime.
We've did something similar with a spring in North of Mountainburg years ago for some wine.
I live near Mountainburg
@Fire_And_Iron we're south of Alma a little.
I wouldn't want to climb around up there in the summer! #copeprheadsprings
Nice one Wayne.
Why remove the peaches for the oaking? Just curious
They have already contributed all they are going to at this point and I also wouldn't be able to get them back out of the barrel.
Prayers delivered
I have the same problem.....nothing left to sip on. Just filled another BadMo barrel not too long ago.....currently have 6 filled, looking to fill a couple more!
@@SteveRix78 right on!
Cheers!
Prayers sent
I wish he had a 2 or 3 liter as well. 1.8 will take me a while to fill. Lol
It's worth it.
I ordered some of the soft red wheat to try out the other day. Along with some blue carage.
I’ve gotten 2 Badmo barrels. I gave one to my best friend in Maine that you made a copper head for. And the other one I gave to my brother in NC. Of course I filled both. I really need to start keeping my Badmo barrels.🙄🤣🤣🤣👍🥃 Good stuff Wayne.
That's gonna be some good stuff!
Well done Wayne.
I couldn't of said it better extent barrel I have 3 great video
These are pretty cool great video Wayne!
Wayne I bet that stuff is delish..
You'll be getting a taste when it's done.
Nice job Wayne
Thanks brother!
@@OzarkStillWorks I need to try a badmo at some point
You will absolutely fall in love with them.
I may have to hit you up for the recipe on that.
Absolutely
Great video Wayne! I love seeing the display of current home-distillation innovations you're constantly showing the community 💚 And I think those lids are a great idea, but I would definitely want to build a shelf for them that'll tilt the jars at a 45 degree angle so the liquid contacts the lid but won't have as much liquid pressure on them as being completely sideways. To minimize any possible leakage they could incur throughout the aging process 🥃😄 Also, I believe your liquid loss to be absorption vs evaporation. When the dehydrated peaches are added they displace the liquid, but then over time that displaced liquid will be absorbed into the dehydrated fruit, in essence rehydrating them. So no loss of proof, but a slight loss in overall volume. Certainly better than the alternative in most instances though 💯😉 --🧿RuneShine, Michigan's Norse-Druid Alchemist🧪🥼🔬
@@thealchemist-hr8me actually the loss that I was speaking of was what I drank, lol. But you're correct, there is a very slight loss due to absorption. I haven't experienced any more leakage at all and will be doing a check in in the next couple of months to see how the spirit is progressing. Thanks for watching brother!
@@OzarkStillWorks 😂 Ya gotta watch that fella behind you, he's always sneaking away with your likka 🤣 Of course my man, always. Certainly can't wait to hear how she progresses 💯 I'm almost settled in at my new place, had to run wires n shit for the net to my desktop. But about to be totally back in action and ready to re-join yall in all the fun any day now 😁 Can't wait to utilize all this newly acquired space to it's fullest advantage. Already ducted in the exhaust fan and vent for basement distilling too, it's going to be epic! Shine on brotha 🥃🍻
I’m an idiot. I didn’t even realize that you had a RUclips channel. Great stuff. Hope all is well with you and your family.💪👍🥃
@@BillMcGirr I don't have much on this channel but I will try to change that, I like your channel and I watch all your videos, shine on Bill!
@@OzarkStillWorks Appreciate it Wayne. 👍🥃
Good video, I want to try a corn, oats and fruit mash now.
@@Succumbed2Rum I absolutely love split brandies, give it a go!

I really like using dehydrated fruits.
Very nice-
Hell yea. Sounds great.
Looks great. Love the shirt
Looks great brother. I need to make some mountain brandy. Sounds like it would be right in my wheelhouse.
Yes you do! So you should probably overnight me that 10 gallons of grape pomace. You don't have time for both. 😆
@@FlatwoodsCellars lol...work it baby
Great job brother. I look foward to trying it ;)
Looks good Wayne

Nice to see ya Wayne!
Hey brother, hope you're doing well.
Now I gotta wait a year to find out how it comes out
