You are completely correct, started playing a week ago on PC, its a completely different thing compared to console. Dayz Console is like a bootleg version of PC.

There are also servers that are n00b friendly or high loot servers for you to experiment with. If you dont wanna die so often, you can try a few times on PvE servers.

Recently tho I logged into Livonia as a fresh spawn and a guy nearby gave me a coat and water bottle which was the coolest thing someone’s done for me in ages. Made me wanna find the guy and make sure he was doing alright

@@WakeUpUrLate 3000 hours in that game on PC and the only real problem I ever encountered was actually the community, too many crybabies whining about losing their kits. it’s a hard-core zombie apocalypse multiplayer game. I literally never once complained about losing my loot to someone nor did I ever even think about it because those kinds of toxic players that complained about being KOS were the worst kind of players. They don’t blow up attached to the plate carrier. Putting them in pouches/ pots/ protect case/ first aid pouch are all effective ways of preventing them from blowing up.
