I’m sorry I’ve read this manga, I don’t how recent it’s been going but the story was good until a certain point, and it just started not to make sense. Don’t get too hype about it.

DBZ was my goat. This might be a hot take but i think GT & Super are comparably bad with each other. Goku being a kid again in gt and it literally being him and pan and trunks in space for like 100 episodes was a snooze fest. DBS was more interesting but there is too much things that dont make sense and obviously the art style was laughable through most of the series. Power scaling is literally out the window in super. The whole SSB goku vs krillin thing for example. That being said if you just watch it and not break it down. They both had really amazing moments that give goosebumps.

I love dragon ball, z, super and gt but gt was legit ss4 is the goat.

First off its based off a series of Novels from the same guy that wrote the Classics Club series (Which was made into an anime known as Hyouka in 2012) Its basically a character drama/mystery series. The two people that want to be "ordinary" are people that in their middle school days were basically detectives and they want to be normal people instead of abnormal, so not they don't want to skip school and run away.

The series you're thinking about is Ultimate Muscle from the FoxBox which is a sequel about their sons like Boruto. This new Kinnikuman anime is based on a manga that's being released weekly right now. It's original release predates Dragon Ball & the majority of shonen. If you want to watch a long running battle shonen like the old days this is the one to watch for the summer season. It also has about 500 chapters of manga material that are ripe for an anime adaptation with multiple seasons. So it will likely come back in 2025 or 2026. If you're interested look up "Kinnikuman Perfect Origin Arc is not a Ultimate Muscle Reboot".

How are yall comparing live action to animation ? Iron man, Batman, Super-man, or any other main animated characters haven't changed at all. John Stewart and Hal Jordan aren't different iterations of the Green Lateren but separate individuals being worthy of the power ring.
