Mine was not working as well on bare or already dried skin (had serum but dried up) but then I tried a fresh serum with a gel consistency again and suddenly all the modes starting working again!! Yeap, seems it needs a fresh conducting serum or something to work on, can't work on just bare or dried skin. Hope it helps 😊

You should feel like a pulsating kind of feeling :) can try to apply more product or something thicker if you still can't feel anything. Hope this helps 😊

Hello! Yes you can use the gel with all the settings :) the consistency is thick so it's great to use with the device tbh...but don't use the airshot mode everyday (2-3x a week) and when you do use that mode only use the booster mode after (skip the rest) 😊 Hope this helps you!
