Run the Tibby Podcast Episode 9: Is LAVAR BALL the GREATEST BASKETBALL PARENT EVER?
Просмотров 893 года назад
He’s loud. He’s brash. He’s arrogant. He does things that maybe you wouldn’t do as a person or parent. BUT! Is Lavar Ball the greatest basketball parent of all time? Two kids drafted in the top 3. Another son in the G-League fighting his way onto an NBA roster. You can’t argue the results. Or can we........... Steve, Harry and T.J. debate some things parents should and should not do while tryin...

Goatflash❤🔥⚡️
My GOAT
Flash should of been called The Slash. That Slash game was on Fleek.
DWade looked like And1 Rafer Alston
You're right. We don't see players with the fundamentals of a Dwyane Wade anymore. His craftiness and slashing ability is matched by only a few people in nba history. It's a tragedy what happened with his health throughout his career but his perseverance was also amazing.
The biggest joy to me was watching him take over every 4th quarter. Wade with the ball at the top, attacking a screen going down hill. Sets up his entire game. Euros, mid range, drives, kick outs. Miami never lost a close game due to the inability to score.
This deserves an Oscar. We need more videos like this lol
Been looking for a video about this lol
My favorite player of any sport... just marveled at how he usually saved his best moments for elite competition. A 1 of 1 talent... from the playoffs of his rookie season to arguably 2012, when at 90 to 100% health, he was the best player in basketball, period. You replace any player you like with him and that team is better. Put him on that 2007 Cavs roster and they don't get swept. Put him on that 2008 Lakers team that lost to Boston and they win. There's MJ... Wade, Magic, Bird... Hakeem... Shaq, Duncan, Barkley, Kobe, Kareem, Thomas... LeBron, West, Wilt, Russell, Malone, Oscar, Curry, Ervin, Durant, Lenard... field
Can you make a longer video for his Finishing and post plays. I mean his scoring other than jumpshots. I want to see his whole creativity
well he does have 1 an 10 to 20 year quads we have only just now gotten a player in jaden ivey in the league who seems to have quads that allow for that level of balance and explosion from such low positions
Honestly i never seen a better slasher/driver than wade. I mean lebron will bully ball your ass. But Wade had too many moves to the basket. Shoot there’s seasons he had more dunks than lbj which is crazy
I remember his first year in the league. It was crazy how it seemed like he was attracted to the rim. Like nothing could stop him. He wanted to destroy who ever was under there.
I was blessed to witness Wade live during most of his career and I’ve never seen anyone make attacking the rim look so easy. His ability to understand angles and timing was elite. Never has a 6’4 guard looked so big. Never rushed, always played within his pace, you couldn’t rattle him
He has the frame of a running back and extremely long arms.
Ja Morant to me is the second coming mixed in with a perimeter threat once he does get that 3 ball dropping more consistently, not that it's not already improving.
he's driving through 3-4 defenders after the screen, they hardly stop him coz he has a lot of finishing moves! legend!
LOL at that bit from 3:00 - 3:13!
I'm not a dwyane wade fan but his athleticism was very underrated. His quickness and change of direction ability was next level. Not to mention every thing else he had. And he was only 6'4 dunking on bigs on a regular basis.
My brother this compilation is extraordinary. Awesome work, please upload more Wade content if you have !
Awesome work indeed‼️
Prime Wade would split 2-4 defenders like nothing then effortlessly dunked on people
This makes me one to go back in time and play NBA Live 06 for the 360.
At first it was Allen Iverson if you wanted to learn playing as a shorter person but Wade took breaking down the defense to a whole new level. Effortless
Thanks for this vid man. I’ve been on dwade binge of late. I miss his game. Too damn unique
Unlocked the ‘06 Ring Team on 2k and needed sum film😮💨
Goat and legend in my book.
Hardaway stands up before dropping lower in iso and transition, you have to when you go BTLegs since you're in more split/horse stance. You have to drop lower in all the crosses regardless of height (even if its a small drop aka grant hill).
So inspirational man
It's pronounced "Cat Zaddy" Steve. Please get it right.
Ima bring this back, I swear it.
It’s crazy he’s literally beating 4 defenders on a lot of these clips
Lmao yo it’s nuts
Sharife’s form looks WAYYYYY better here compared to rn👀👀🤔. He looks like he’s so confident in his shot in these clips, which isn’t true this year
Yeah he’s started to lean back like... a lot lol idk I’m sure over time he’ll fix it
I just found this page and I’m a fan this is quality i need more content my guy
Great video
Thank you!!
One of the greatest to ever do it. Simply underrated but never forgotten.
I think he more so under appreciated than underrated

Good stuff fellas!
Appreciate the support!!
Tibbs made Steph curry, Harry if his player isn’t a smurf is like Hakeem, and Steve’s guy is nash I guess
Bro can Harry’s player even put the ball on the floor??
Athletic finishes not valid🛑
Confidence can 100000000% be taught through reassurance, players putting in work, and motivating them 100% of the time
Use there face as a weapon 😂
Listen man 😂😂 Fundamentals are changing lmao
Can defensive awareness also be understanding angles?
🐐🐐🐐
Wow. That's a lot to live up to but we'll try and keep the content coming!
