Im in 7th grade and im a violin 1. I think this is really good and this is exactly the same pace we're going. Dont know if its too slow because my teacher tells us to sper slow in the beggining.
this song is supposed to sound dramatic at the beginning, which I think they did okay with but the tempo change, i'm sorry but that was unbearable. wayyyy too slowwwww. doesn't the sheet music say like 140 BPM? That was slower than my running pace, and I'll tell you that is slow. there's supposed to excitement, string grinding and intensity in this piece, this just felt dull. I feel like these kids are talented but weren't worked on hard enough. sorry for being a critic (i'm only like 14) but this was just, ugh. I'd give it a 5/10

William Jones It's 144 bpm from 72 bpm, which means that you go twice as fast after measure 30. Nuts, and the cello part, when played right, is really sick. You go from playing it softly at times to making the instrument scream out the low Es.
Jeriel Cailipan If the orchestra can't play 144 good, it's a better idea just to do it slower than to mess the fuck up and get like a three or four.
You have to admit it is an amazing video I especially love horses so I love this video
