How to make homemade white sandwich bread from scratch for beginners
48 hours MAX. 24 hours is plenty
Steps - 1). Prep ribs and season with rub 2). Smoke at 275F for 2 hrs 3). Wrap in foil with butter and bbq sauce 4). Place back into smoke and smoke for 1.5 - 2 hrs until just about done 5). Remove from foil, brush with more bbq sauce and smoke for another 10 mins to finish
is the sugar necessary?
No. You should be fine leaving it out. The sugar mostly helps the yeast activate faster. Might take more time for the dough to rise without sugar.
Please never let chicken get to room temperature. Chicken is one of the most bacteria prone proteins and it’s very easy for chicken to go bad. Letting it get to room temp is like leaving the VIP door open to the bacteria club.
To each their own. Letting chicken sit out 15 mins prior to cooking is safe. It actually helps cook it more evenly fwiw. If internal temp got too high, then yes, bacteria will grow. 🤢
Is the seasoning in the room with us?
Man, you should never let chicken sit out to come up to room temperature. That is very dangerous.
To each their own. FWIW, Letting chicken sit out for 15 minutes before cooking actually helps cook chicken more evenly. Basically so the outside doesn’t burn before the inside is done. I’ll pin your comment. Let’s get a debate going 😀
It's only dangerous because you're eating sh!t chicken. It's not the chicken that is dangerous, it's the salmonela bacteria that is on your raw chicken from nasty prep at the slaughter house.
The *internal temperature* can’t be in the danger zone . If you leave it out for 20 mins or so the bacteria doesn’t have enough time to produce the toxins that make you sick Perfect time for a quick marinade
No it’s not
💯 for a marinade
I heard you say “season them” but I didn’t see any of it
At the 5 - 7 second mark. It’s real lite. Seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. You can really use whatever seasoning you’d like. Just keep away from seasoning that will burn due to the heat of your skillet.
Instant chicken 😂😂😂
Looks so good I'm feeling hungry now 🤤🤤
Thank you
Looks delicious
Serious smoker but you’re using pellets lol
Worthy of a pin 📌 Is using pellets actually considered smoking?
Im pretty sure they do the cocking already at the butterball factory
😂
That man said spatchcocking 30 times in 30 seconds
I’m sorry I thought you were pissing on the chicken. My bad I thought of some movie when you did that😂😂
That’d be a bad flow if so 😂
Just roast it right, then you don't have to worry about drying it out without taking the backbone out. If you cook the bird with the back bone in than you get all that good flavor into those stock bones!
I’m seeing this as a trendy thing to do. Lots of people posted about it for cooking their turkey for Thanksgiving
Do you rinse off salt before cooking
Nope. Just pat it dry.
I start mine cut side up so it gives the brown sugar and cinnamon some time to set into the pineapple then I flip it down.
1hr rest?
At least. The longer the better if you have time.
What I do every year!
Can’t go wrong with spatchcock
What size Turkey?
Pretty sure it was at or a little over 15lbs
Those turned out so good ❤
Only a child with shitty taste buds would eat this over cooked shrimp. 🤮
*I’m as white as paper and I love that sauce. And the Yum Yum sauce 😅*
Do you believe in a flat earth?
@ believe or know?
Mmmm those look delicious! Making an anniversary dinner tonight and smoked chicken breast is on the menu. Thank you! Short, simple, sweet. Awesome video (:
Looking very good, thanks for sharing
This looks so good you deserve more views and likes!
Favorite short out of the handful I watched. Doing now.
BBQ Sauce on top of nachos…Yay or Nay???
Hack
I will wait until you become popular man👍
No kidding? You can save money AND they’re a little cheaper???
Temp the same throught out the whole time? First time smoking rips tonight
Yes. 250F the whole way.
@HandModelPatrick almost done another 15 min
Did you wash that chicken?
After that I put on bbq sauce the temperature is the same or I have to increase it
Kept the temp the same 275F
72 hr is excessive
That chicken is asking me to put it in
Now…that’s pin worthy
great work. this looks delicious
Why did it come out looking so wet
The salt brings moisture to the surface
@@HandModelPatrickNow please correct me if im wrong but i thought the moisture was meant to reabsorb before taking it out
@@Jakeyisdeadyeah something’s wrong here. After 72 hrs (which I agree with others is excessive - 48 hrs max for me) that thing should be bone dry. This is closer to what the steaks look like about 15 minutes into the dry brining process as the salt begins to draw out the moisture but hasn’t had time to evaporate yet.
Nay
Love a sweet and spicy rub. And sauce at the end.. beautiful.
Nice , i bet the smell was as good as the taste.
Look fantastic!!
that black stuff, no bueno
Bruises on the ribs. It’s likely blood.
What happens when you cook before the meat is fully thawed
@@SafeEffective-ls2pl got it
Try mustard for a binder. Works great.
Agreed 👍
Low and slow! That’s how you do it! Decorate it with what you love!
Vegans and Hitler will love it! :DDD
Nice bro hope you you will get millions of like and view
This actually looks tender unlike most smoked rib videos.
Look beautifully cooked
No
@@TobyFloof yes
No spatchcock? No seasoning under the skin?
