No, Its not a decent laptop, it just a laptop with android operating system which only allows some selected android applications to run on it. Moreover it can not windows applications. Now I have installed Linux Ubuntu in it and its runs fast, providing complete desktop experience. Battery also runs about 8-10 hours on moderate use. My suggestion would be install Linux Ubuntu and it would run fast, smooth and will also provide complete desktop experience, If you are coming from Windows operating system, then in first you might face difficulities as Linux operating system is more based on command line interface rather Graphics User Interface as comes in windows, but you will find most of programmes in Ubuntu of Windows. Rather then using a Laptop for drawing, I would suggest you to buy a tablet in 25k range, but not Apple ipad 10th generation which would cost around 29k but apple pencil alone would cost around 10k total= 40k, which would be irrational.
