Thank you for your feedback, Chuck. The intention of this video is to give someone who's not from Boulder a perspective of the pros & cons of life in Boulder. The rock stacking part was meant to be humorous, we see that it wasn't humorous to you. So noted, thank you. We grew up in Colorado and have lived in the Denver Metro area for over a decade which includes many visits and a lot of time spent in Boulder. We also have current and past clients whom we've helped purchase or sell a home in Boulder. We have included a lot of their feedback when creating these videos. This is a high level look at Boulder, we plan on doing more deep dives into neighborhoods, restaurants, homes and more. las empanadas son diferentes en cada país de echo en argentina hay varias formas según las regiones realmente no entiendo el inglés no se quizás las diferenció igual esas empanadas q vende ella no son las tradicionales de Argentina tienen muchas cosas que nada ver el chimi sólo le ponemos al asado no se por le puso a las empanadas ella en fin Argentina el país mundo. @@luzmariaheredia9897 hola no entendí muy bien su comentario, a lo que me refería es que ella quiso comparar gastronomía Mexicana con argentina y la verdad como en un tono peyorativo cuando todos sabemos que Mexico especialmente su gastronomía son mucho mucho más variado y rico,no lo digo yo lo dice la UNESCO nada que ver con “empanadas” simples y aparte su origen no es ni argentino es español!hay que buscar nuestra propia identidad 🤗

Does this USDA LAND to construction Loan help with buying the land and building to have only one loan?

@@cohidministriestheprophets3204 Check with Northpointe Bank for their land to construction loans. They've helped some of our other clients in the past.

Hi Cohid. Thanks for your inquiry. This might work for you. Clear Creek, Gilpin and Park County are more lenient with their zoning regulations for building on vacant land. As long as your structure has access to electricity, septic & well dug, driveway access, plumbing and HVAC up to code, you should be fine to build on the land you buy there. To get a land to construction loan, the bank may have more requirements. Contact us at team@rootshomesales.com to discuss more.

Hey Cohid, thanks for your inquiry. Gilpin, Clear Creek & Park County are all known for having more leniency in their zoning codes to allow for putting a small manufactured home on the land. The shipping container would need to meet sizing regulations and have all of the specifications up to code (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) in order to be permitted and if you're looking for a loan for land to construction, contact us directly team@rootshomesales.com

@@livingindenverroots How far are those gorgeous trails, hikes from the city of Denver? Does Boulder or Colorado Springs have more nature, closer to mountains etc. than Denver?

@@wimalranaweeratunga850 They're very close to Denver, within a 20-30 minute drive. Boulder and Co Springs are both close to the mountains, Boulder has access to hiking trails directly from the west side of the city. Co Springs is also very accessible. Where do you live or are you from Wimal? Considering moving to CO?
