WE build Once fired brass sorters, bowl sorters, ammo boxers

WE start our bowls with used bowls , they are retooled, retuned to sort brass and are ran for 24 hours for testing. Bowls may have cut and grind marks on them from retooling. they may not look 100% but will work 100%.We do this to keep the cost when new the auto plants paid all most 10 times the cost, we sell them for.

The website doesn’t mention separating out 9mm but I heard you say it correct ?
YES IT WILL REMOVE 380 AND 9MM FROM 223.the first plates just drop 380.
Do we have a idea on what the price range is going to be for the end all sorter yet?

NOTE average 5 gal bucket of 9mm will have over 200= 223 cases with the roll sorter at posted speed, video shows them in top layer only . The faster you run the roll sorter the worst it will get .NOTE ALL ROLL SORTERS MADE BY ANY ONE WOULD HAVE THE SAME %, do to how the roll sorter works in sorting bass.I have sorted over 50k pounds of brass on roll sorters and wanted a better way to sort brass at 100%. MY trommel End all at top speed did a 5 gal bucket in 5 min with a 99% sort SO THE SAME % ON THE ROLL SORTER AT VIDEO SPEED IN 41 MIN. I would run END ALL TROMMEL so it takes 15 min per 5 gal then I can say its 100%.look at reloadingsystems.com

I’m your Huckleberry…count me in!!! I have a range manager who wants me to take brass from him by the 55 gallon barrel!!! I usually only do 2 five gallon buckets at a time, 3 at the most.
And then the ammo makers started making traditional large primer cases with small primers.😡
How’s this sort out rifle calibers? 300 Blk, 556, 308, etc?

YES, THATS WHAT I HAVE, will be posting 1 at a time in 2024 and in 2025 the whole system will be out- pre clean to height sorted by caliper. in one pass. keep watching in 30-45 ish days I have some thing crazy to post.

Nicely done sir! Im a Roll Size owner and would be very pleased to have something like this as I process around 3K at a time and this would help big time. Also would keep the hitchhikers away. Just had a 40cal jam up the Roll Sizer as I was processing 9m.

Those tubes are cut from flat sheet then rolled?
yes there Lasor cut they are with .001 if they were cut when there rolled the would .006 to spec.that would not work for them
