Welcome to Stanford EE's RUclips channel. We share videos of - and sometimes by - our faculty and students that describe their research, courses, and more.
Engineering students and enthusiasts of all ages are welcome to explore our playlists and videos.
Nearly every manufactured product, from cars and refrigerators to phones and medical devices, includes electronic circuits, uses signal‐processing algorithms, and is linked to a network. These innovations have originated from research across three areas that form the intellectual core of the department:
[ 1 ] Hardware/Software Systems
[ 2 ] Information Systems & Science
[ 3 ] Physical Technology & Science
We build upon and apply EE techniques to basic sciences, addressing major societal challenges. Our interdisciplinary research includes biomedical and energy projects, including neural prosthetics, wirelessly powered implants, biosensors, solar cells, thermoelectric devices, and the smart grid. Nice 😊
no comment?
Stanford has delivered some of the worst narcissistic graduates and released them onto other colleges.
Look up nuclear spect. Same idea been around for years. You could meld this tech to improve patient imaging.
One of my favourite teachers as well !
One of my favorite professors in the EE department!
The husband of this lady was Rank 1 in IIT JEE. She herself was a topper of IIT Delhi (Department rank 1, institute 2)...I wonder what kind of kid these guys are going to have...
Why does that matter? What are you implying?
@@halos4179 I am implying their kid would be ultra-genius.
21:24 A small correction. There were many very important applications for klystrons invented by the Varian brothers, but in the WWII Allied radar sets used a different kind of microwave generating tubes, called cavity magnetrons.
Amazing lecture.
what going on with norocco on the map?????
Great and inspiring story 🔥
Felicidades Juan Manuel soy primo de tu madre lety Davila Castellanos Un orgullo para toda la familia en especial tu abuela Carmen y tus padres Carlos y lety

Cool
I can't imagine such an amazing and prestigious lab. I have always wanted to be in the Stafford community and Professor Congreve's lab to work on LEDs, OLEDs, ..... these are really interesting. Good luck.
LUNCH
Thank you, quite engaging to know smth more about such a moment for the hardware area
Professor Rivas, the conference was excellent and interesting
I know you mam....you are the wife of great topper of IIT JEE Mr Raghu Mahajan...my favourite IIT JEE topper till date
"can you be, any more idiotic??" much needed info u shared
I have always wished to be at Stanford University and to work as a Ph.D. student in the lab of Professor Congreve....
