Why did we put in Zeier for Talley…oh yeah now I remember…lol
#GoDawgs
One of the last SEC games of the week on TBS as the package moved to Jefferson Pilot syndication in 1992
We all love Richt's teams, but they just don't compare to Smart's teams.
Does anyone have the Clemson vs UGA game when Clemson made Zeier a video? Zeier shredded them. .
Good gosh Eric Zeier was so freaking good. Stafford reminded so much of him.
Damn I hate tech….the all time ETERNAL ENEMY!
1:36:20
Buck Compton from UCLA played in this game He was in band of brothers World war 2
This will be Georgia's LAST WIN Between the Hedges until 2003.
2:42:18 That Kirby Smart kid, I wonder what happened to him.
I remember the huge Waterpark/ Lake that used to be where Walmart is along Bobby Jones Xpressway !!! I think it was lake Anderson ? I have no idea that was over 40 years ago ...
ESPN screwed up Jefferson Pilot Sports with the Announce Teams like Bob Carpenter, Tim Foley, Tim Brando, Jack Corrigan, Mike Hogewood, Paul Cameron, Dan Bonner, Tim Brant, Dave Rowe, Bob Kesling, Bill Rosinski, Charles Davis, Greg Bowser, Dave Baker, and Dave Archer
Goff was so young, too young for the job
My Dad, who rarely missed attending a UGA game for 60 years, was there. He was stationed in the Army closeby.
My Dad was starioned closeby and was that game watching his favorite player, Charlie Trippi. Much everyone's surprize, the stadium filled with Georgia fans despite travel WW2 travel restrictions.
Our culture is so different now
This was a different planet compared to today
This feels like a legendary game
As a Tennessee fan. This is very painful but as a young announcer for radio this is gold and Munson was a pure Legend.
Show the games where Danny Wuerrfel lit Georgia's ass up.
David justice homer off dribble in Cindy is top 10 moments in braves history.
I made a bet with my american history teacher a georgia fan If georgia won Id wear red & black I was so confident for a florida win cause he would blue & orange
I am coming after past life videosruclips.net/video/oSs2EqYyWTU/видео.html
Do you have anymore gamecock games from this season that aren’t uploaded
Why does the G on the field look different? Lol
was at that one
Georgia bulldogs and Georgia tech yellowjackets are both of my college football teams and that is straight facts 💯
My fondest Georgia memories was delivering Hollbergs Furniture on Saturdays and getting lost in Larry Munsons description of the Game. Play by play and Yard by Yard. It’s like reading the book vs watching the movie, your imagination just makes it better! Yeah it sucked not getting to watch the early games but man I sure do miss the Georgia Bulldog Radio Network with Munson. RIP Larry #DGD
I was a 7 year old boy in those stands that day, I can never forget that onside kick return after all these years. Just came back to see which game it happened in, GO DAWGSSSSSSS
Georgia against UCLA in the Rose Bowl? How come a Big Ten team was not invited?
The Big 10-Pac 12 pact did not start until the 1946 season. Before that pact,Big 10 teams were not allowed to play in Bowl games.
this was my first and only cocktail party - I was a senior at UGA - we started the chant "Emmitt Smith dumb as can be<echo crowd>, made a 12 on the SAT!!!<echo crowd> - Go Dawgs!!!!<echo>, Go Dawgs!!!!<echo> - Gooooooooooo Dawgs! Sic'em!!! Woof! Woof! Woof! Woof!!!"
It's interesting to see how people dressed to go to football games back in those days.
The Former Augusta,GA. Police Department!
The quality of this looks like it was filmed yesterday, love it!
This is the coolest thing I've ever seen about georgia bulldog football, thanks to whoever posted this on you tube and sharing it with every one, it's a treasure. Can anyone get the schuldes and scores of both teams from that season?
Georgia officially wiped their ass with orange toilet paper. Still there, give or take a hail mary, you've turned into South Carolina... good job...
The G.O.A.T. of Nick Saban at LSU just around the Corner and so is Y2K.
THIS IS AMAZING ! THANK YOU AND GOOOO DAWGS !!!!
"He (the DB) is driving for the ball." It's obvious Tim Foley was a DB. The DB may have an equal right to the ball, but he can't go through the body of the WR.
ESPN College Football announcers 1991 CFA Saturday Primetime Ron Franklin/Mike Gottfried Big Ten Saturday Steve Physioc/Gary Danielson CFA Saturday Afternoon Sean McDonough/Craig James
Yes sir!
Great win for the dawgs
I was at that game! The swing of emotions, the cold, rainy day. How Bout Them Dawgs?!
I was at this game!!!!! Go Dawgs!!!!!
“First ever four game losing streak to the Bulldogs.” Well that happens a lot these days
Thank you so much for posting! My grandfather was at this game prior to being sent to the South Pacific to fight Japan in WWII. I have his stub. It's amazing to get a glimpse of what he experienced.
It's bullshit that there no more Jefferson pilot and real southern announcers
Agree, ESPN has ruined sports !
I always call this natty the forgotten National tittle Georgia fans need to realize that we have 3 not 2 #1942 #1980 #2021 ❤️🖤💯🏈🐶
That's four now!! #2022
@@cbraswell14 Yep GO DAWGS BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️🖤💯🏈🔝🏆💍🥇👑🐶
Something I noticed: On the outfield wall of retired Pittsburgh numbers, alongside Roberto Clemente, Willie Stargell, Honus Wagner et al, there is "1 - Meyer." That's Billy Meyer, who managed the Pirates from 1948 to 1952. I don't know much about Meyer, but it doesn't appear that he was a very successful manager - the Pirates had a losing record in four of those five years, and in the last one, they went 42-112. His playing career was not noteworthy. He died in 1957, so it's not like he had a long tenure with the organization in some other capacity following his stint as manager. Can anyone explain why the hell the Pirates would retire his number?
