Flying Pink Pig in Cromer, Norfolk
Just had to video a walk on Overstrand beach with not a sole in sight. The vastness of Well Next The Sea beach never fails to amaze. Did you know those sheds on stilts can set you back up to £90.000. Cromer pier was a challenge having to dodge and keep the drone away from seagulls. This was my second attempt having bottled it due to being intimidated by gulls on my first attempt.

Weston Turville Kites
Просмотров 644 месяца назад
I was sat in my garden this week having a coffee. I could hear a tractor beginning to mow in the adjacent field. One by one kites began to appear until the sky was filled and the feeding frenzy began. Sorry about the out of focus moments but the sensor on my mobile was working overtime to keep track. I've slowed the film down but the kites still appear to fly so fast.

Hitchin Lavender

I filmed this in the summer of 2023. I didn't publish it because I wasn't completely happy with the final video. Now autumn is here and winter is on the way, images and memories of a recent summer are more appealing. The lavender fields in Hitchin are well worth visiting for a family day out. The smell of food, the scent and visual sight of lavender and the general atmosphere make this venue a ...
Summer 2023 views of Norfolk

Overstrand, we love this part of Norfolk. Having first stayed in Northrepps we discovered that Overstrand was only a short walk away via public footpaths through open country side. This time we rented a cabin in Overstrand which meant it was only a few minutes walk to the beach. From Overstrand we visited nearby places some of which I have captured on film for your enjoyment. In 2024 We will be...

The Port of Felixstowe is Britain’s biggest and busiest container port, and one of the largest in Europe. The port handles more than 4million TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) and welcomes approximately 2,000 ships each year, including the largest container vessels afloat today - crucially, the port provides some of the deepest water close to the open sea of any European port. Around 17 shipp...
Flight over Wilstone Reservoir, Hertfordshire.

Filmed to show the extraordinary low water level of Wilstone reservoir in October 2022. Believed not to be caused by this years drought but possibly by maintenance works on the steps leading down to the water. If anyone knows differently please leave a comment.
Digswell viaduct

It has been claimed that it was officially opened by Queen Victoria on 6 August 1850, but she was reportedly so frightened of its height that she refused to travel across it and left the train, using a horse-drawn carriage to travel the length of the bridge on the ground. However, her published diaries for that day show that she was staying at Osborne House on the Isle of Wight at the time. Cli...
Buckmoorend Farmland, Butlers Cross, Wendover

This huge field in Buckinghamshire was being harvested by one man. First spotted the combine on Saturday 6th August 2022 and then again on the following day. Sent the drone up and got some good footage. On the Monday, initially on social media, and then local news I heard that 50% of the crop had been lost in a fire. Absolute tragedy for the farmer, not heard yet what was the cause!

Nice video my friend 😊 looks like a good place to fly 👍👍
Thank you. Apart from the seagulls it's a great place to fly
I can see my house from here.
Great video, I have filmed here myself, great flying, I have subscribed to your channel
Thank you. I took a look at your channel and watched your Hunstanton video. I was there in September and planned to film but it was too wet and windy. Great video, I noticed you had a few close calls with the seagulls. They are my biggest fear when flying on the coast.
This popped up after some ones video. Thought lets have a look and comment, rude not to. From Abingdon so other side of Oxford but work on the estates near the Fairford Leys, Stone village way in. Don't know the town, never done. Only been at the work place (building electronics. PCB's) since March. Nice video. Braver than me. Dont like doing the drone but like the results it gives. not keen on controlling something I can not handle, touch. believe in the tech but find it hard, Over water. Never keen. Gusess this early. Seams no one much around, Market guys setting up?. Done a few outskirts explores, history videos. Quarrendon Leys and the PLUTO video. (old abandoned something on wasteland). Stone chapel. Looked left in 2009, oldest Google go back, now sold other seek , work happening. In the Bucks playlist. Nice video of yours. Looked a bit of moving around, effort and time.
im guessing they havent considered the imapcts of rain
Great drone footage of the amaizng aerial view of the snowy place thanks for sharing
Scrap HS2 and build an Aylesbury ring road
That port looks lovely in the sun. Each loading dock around the world has a lovely blend of unique character, and that common sight of all the containers and cranes too. It would be great to fly over lots of them and compare!
Liked and subscribed!
Thank you. I don't normally film around midday but all the colours looked so vivid I just had to do it.
It looks cool at sunset too! ruclips.net/video/4Jrf-AZmapc/видео.html
Nice footage as always Pete.
Thank you Peter for the HS2 drone link by Karl Vaughan.
Great to see the town from the air. I was born there in 1934, went to school there 1940 to1946 and last visited in 2019. I would be interested to see the HS2 works to the West of the town from the air.
Hi David, Thanks for watching the Aylesbury flying high video. There are a number of drone pilots in this area filming various HS2 locations. The link below will take you to a video by Karl Vaughan flying over the Oxford road area and the old Aylesbury Park Golf Club. ruclips.net/video/TqxM2h0AIZg/видео.html
This video really captures the enormity of the place.
It can also look pretty!!! ruclips.net/video/4Jrf-AZmapc/видео.html
Id also love to know, i went today and was shocked to see it so low
Did you see any ongoing maintenance work? Just wondering if they are still working on the steps down to the water.
@@flyingpinkpig i didnt see any work going on, and the steps look near enough complete
Thanks for sharing was great to see Aylesbury again, a long time since I was there, regards TJK UK.
Your're welcome Thomas, Aylesbury town has changed a lot over the years but the central areas are still recognisable.
@@flyingpinkpig Yes I can see that, I used to look after the Post Office and their IT System so was in and out of there all the time LOL.
actually makes Aylesbury look nice :-)
Aylesbury is actually nice. If you want to see a s**t town come to Burnley or any where else in east Lancashire.
Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed watching. 🙂
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
