1. Disconnect turbocharger side wiring from tachometer cable box 2. Connect a hoist to the silencer and remove the retaining nuts of the silencer. Remove the silencer. Place the silencer in a safe location so that it does not tip over. 3. Before removing the air inlet guide use feeler gauge to check clearance between air inlet guide and air impeller at 4 location. U, down, top, right. 4. Use the jacking screws to Remove the air inlet guide/inner scroll. There is diffuser on the inner scroll.Be careful not to damage the diffuser vanes 5. Remove the heat res 6. Attach the slingingcasing to the gas inlet casing.Remove the nuts on the flange of gas inlet casing 7. Use jacking screws to remove the gas inlet casing. Now pull out the casing. Nozzle ring is attached to the gas inlet casing. Eecure 8. Use feeler gauge to measure clearance gas inlet guide and gas turbing blades at 4 places. 9. Set the dial gauge at the end of the rotor shaft. The thrust bearing clearance is the difference between the shaft deflection when the shaft is pushed and pulled. Take atleast 5 measurements and check the measurements dont vary 10. Remove the cap and fasteningbolt from the end of the inpeller. 11. Measure the distance between the end of the rotor shaft and the shaft retaining nut. After reassembly you willneed this value. 12. Attach dial gauge and measure deflection 13. Screw in the rotor pulling out tool. On the gas inlet outer casing mount the stay. 14. Screw the hydraulic jack at the end of the shaft on the impeller side. Give it one reverse turn. Raise the pressure of the hydraulic pump and remove the hydraulic nut. 15. Attach the impeller removal fitting to the boss of the impeller. Pull out the impeller.Screw the impeller lifting tool. Set down the impeller horizontally. 16. Use the threaded bar on the theeaded part of the sleeve and pull put the sleeve 17. Remove the support. 18. The compressor side labyrinth and thrust bearing are attached to the support. Place with the theust bearingmetal side uppermost. 19. With the support removed you will be able to see the thrust collar. Remove the thrust collar with the threaded bar. 20. Screw the rotor guide pipe into the rotor shaft. 21. Remove full rotor. 22. Remove the retaining bolt from gas labyrinth. Take out the gas labyrrinth 23. Next remove the turbine side oil labyrinth. 24. Remove the turbine side journal bearing 25. Remove turbine side thrust bearing by removing hex bolts 26. Remove the compressor side journal bearing using the threaded bar.

Dear sir, have a good day. i have recently facing problem a newly bought PS2 positioner with existing Single acting linear actuator , 20mm stroke. 30% open the valve in both YEND1 and YEND2 is normal? If its abnormal what can i do.please advice me. However, if i press single + or minus button then actuator not move in YEND1 and YEND2 mode.but when i press both + and - button simultaneously then it open actuator only 30% then when press hand button its display range message.will you please advice me its normal or abnormal?
