The minimalist aesthetic, enhanced by natural materials like wood, brick, and stucco, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house's two stacked volumes offer an open, panoramic view from the ground floor, while the upper level, clad in a wood screen, provides privacy for the bedrooms.
