5:01 is a very important marker for the Leopold here. I believe that's the one soldered clip from the plate mount that keeps the PCB locked in.

I have a question sir, I have this leopold FC980m and I want to change the switch to Gateron yellow. Do I just need to desolder the old switch then solder the new switch to Gat yellow thats it?

is it possible to just replace the pcb in this keyboard with another pcb that already has BT and 2.4ghz with it and also has the same layout (1800)? I only want the shell (case) of the leopold fc980m, anything else inside it is not a necessity, can just replace the stock ones.

i found that xda profile is the best for me; i have small hands and thin fingers that if i use the other profiles, my finger sometimes gets caught in the gap between keys. im never looking at other profiles other than xda lmao
