Can’t beat it man! Just a little bit of bondo or some jb weld would really hold it and some type of water seal meant afterwords.. for a first time out on that and catching those fish. I think spinner baits are going to be my next thing going on. Was that a Googan spinner?

I took my kayak out to Lake Russell the day after the hurricane just to see what damage it did well I get to the boat ramp. The boat ramp is underwater completely all the way up to the parking so I dock off in the parking lot in the water if that says anything. We got hit bad
I’m not far from Russel and it was pretty bad. Every pond and lake around me at least came up a few feet
