Operating from two trade counters - Leeds and Rotherham - the company has customers across the UK, from Cornwall to the Highlands of Scotland. A comprehensive online catalogue and shop is complemented by a technical helpline, telephone ordering facility and face-to-face service. This enables the company to respond to the needs of all customers: from national DIY chains and builders’ merchants, right through to ad hoc DIY enthusiasts.
