What is an integrated system?
An integrated system is one that uses components from a variety of different manufacturers to achieve a task.
In this example we have two Staubli industrial robots, a Universal Robot collaborative robot, Dorner conveyor, FlexLink conveyor, Streamtech inserter, FoxIV print and apply labeler, custom bag press, a checkweigher, BestPACK top sealer, and a LOT of Keyence products being used to get the job done!
The job? Erect a box, insert an instruction booklet, apply labels to the box, index the box, check the product, pack the product, press the product, checkweigh the box, top seal the box, convey it around, check the labels, reorient, and palletize.

This UR10e system uses a custom EOAT and the boxEZ system to case erect a box and send it down a tabletop conveyor to be manually case packed and top sealed.
